The slowest drive through ever. Took them 15 minutes to make a single blizzard. Everyones just standing around. The blizzard was also already melted. Train your guys!!

Not only was it super slow to get food, I'm talking 20 min for 2 cars ahead of me and my self to get through. Which I understood why when I arrived at the window. There was lots of staff just standing there at the drive through window talking, one of which was just playing catch with a very dirty rag before handling food, napkins to hand to the customers.. pretty gross if you ask me. And then on top of all of that they didn't give me the drink or ice cream that was supposed to come with my order.. I wont be coming back to this location n to say the least.

Didn’t even get the food because the drive through got our order wrong, assumed it was the speaker being bad but when we got to the window we attempted to correct the order and the employee working the window was not listening whatsoever. Told him our exact order first our driver closer to the window, he repeated “what?” Several times and we had to continuously repeat ourselves. Tried again louder assuming he could not hear and he continued to say “what?” And did not correct the order. When we tried a final time to correct this time quite literally yelling to attempt to get it across as the employee could not hear us based on the replies we were getting. He said a final time “what?” And then proceeded to complain to his Coworkers that we were being “difficult,” but we wouldn’t have needed to raise our voices if he had been listening to us trying to correct the order as whoever took it originally got the entire order wrong.
PLEASE ensure your staff are trained, because it seems they have very little to zero training whatsoever. If you’re working customer service you need to know how to listen so you can hear what is being said, or at least reply in a way to let us know you are struggling past “what.”

It seems the employees are not trained equally on how to make and mix blizzards. Very hit or miss. The two brownie ones I brought home tonight had almost no toppings/add ins and the entire bottom 3/4 of it was just plain ice cream.

Dairy Queen a place where magic happens. Why every time you get a blizzard do they turn it upside down and then it's like gravity is not a thing as it does not pour out. I just don't get it magic I guess. The peanut butter party blizzard is awesome. I wouldn't recommend getting them if you're allergic to milk or lactose because yeah it sucks. But ice cream is good. Also if you go to dairy Queen on sass drive in elphinstone they have happy hour which is half price drinks including milkshakes which takes place Monday to Friday 2pm to 5pm.
Food is good but the blizzards are a toss up, arent mixed properly or the ones that are supposed to be chocolate (like the chocolate extreme) are whiter than me. Fish tank needs a bubbler, sad sight to try and eat here when the fish aren't getting any oxygen.

I just wanted to come on here and rave about this Dairy Queen. I had ordered a blizzard and realized after getting home and eating some of it that it in fact did not have fudge in it. I didn’t have the energy to drive back and ask for refund etc. instead I let them know I was sad this happened but understood. Well this kind business sent me a voucher. I never thought I’d hear back nor was it the end of the world for me. But I just wanna say how awesome it is for them to read the info left for them from customers. So word of advice if you’re nice and patient they really do fix things. So thanks so much for being awesome! Definitely will keep coming back.

Teach your employees how to put on a cap on the drinks and Sundays! I had both just blow up and spill when i grabbed them the cap wasn't fully on!!!!

Went for drive through tonight. Bought a peanut buster parfait. Got home and took the lid off to enjoy the tasty treat but, melted ice cream over flowed out onto my lap. Ice cream is put into the cup at the store, then the lid is put on but by the time ya get home, a reservoir has collected at the top. Poorly designed cups, leaves the customer with a mess. I blame the Dairy Queen owners as this can't be an isolated problem.
