We ordered with Uber eats. They were missing a large fry. We called the restaurant and they sent out an employee to deliver an upgraded box of fries. I was impressed by that! Great job!

Food was fine, but the lady working the till was coughing and evidently sick. She was wearing a mask, but she was still coughing in her hands, in the cups and on the food. She needs to go home. Don not let your workers work if they are sick.

Pretty standard Dairy Queen.Could use some upgrades.The bathrooms are not the cleanest and the toilets weren’t exactly in working order.The ice cream was definitely consistent across DQs so it was tasty and delightful.Staff was friendly and attentive.Parking a plenty.It was pretty dead when we went.A standard Dairy Queen.
One of the few DQ places where they understand my accent. Not that I speak English like Arabic but... Friendly staff sometimes, you get your order faster through the drive through.

This place is horrible the service is horrible. Online it said open 10 I get there an the sign taped to door said 11 that was fine then I go to get a cake an wanted something written on it the young man was going to then this snooty woman looks at me an says 5 mins I'm like that's fine then 5 mins go by then she tells me it's going to be a while an there was no customers I was like I sat outside for a hr an now u want me to wait for when u feel like to do my cake I was like nvm so I got nothing on my cake won't b going back an to that woman if u don't like your job look for a new one where u don't have to deal with people cuz u don't have any people skills at all ??

I absolutely love going to this location because I receive such amazing service from the predominately teenaged staff. They always brighten my day. Each time I stop there, it feels like I've time traveled back to my adolescence when I worked at a fast food ice cream shop. No other Regina fast food joint even comes close to matching this DQ's high quality food and service. (I moonlight as a Skip and UberEats driver, so I am very familiar with restaurants in the city.)

I phoned with a request for a picture on a cake for my son's 18th bday the day before. Nowing I've left it to the last minute, I wasn't sure if it could happen. They did not disappoint! Even when my pictures didn't come through that night, they were phoning me first thing in the am. I resent my photos, and it was still ready for pic up that day! I wish I could remember the ladies name who helped me. Shout out to you! Turned out fantastic with great service and will definitely be back and would recommend ?
