Food just isn't what it used to be. Burgers are much smaller. Sundaes are about 1/3 the size but 3 times the price.

I'm a huge fan of the Chocolate Dipped Strawberry Cheesecake Blizzard, and my go-to spot has always been the North Albert Street location, where they make it perfectly every time.
​Unfortunately, this is the second time I've ordered it from this location, and I've been disappointed on both occasions. There's something very different about how it's made here. I believe there is either way too much chocolate, or the chocolate chunks are too large, which completely overpowers the cheesecake and strawberry flavors. It was honestly not enjoyable.
​If you're looking for this specific Blizzard, I highly recommend making the trip to the North Albert location instead.

this is the second time they didnt take my order properly and second location too. lazy workers!!!!!

The ice cream cups were barely filled and they got my order wrong and the employee completely cut me off everything i tried to order and kept yelling rudely. I did not enjoy my time here. Do better

I'm not sure what happened but the food was horrible! I thought it was supposed to be fan food, not fast food?! The burgers are dry and barely warm. So thin no reason to precook. Again fan, not fast. I'd rather wait for a hot, fresh then receive cold and dry. The mushroom burgers had little to no sauce with one mushroom and a couple of small pieces. The fries were old, cold and unedible and the milkshakes were so runny they were basically milk. I understand being busy and overwhelmed but I'd rather wait then receive underwhelming food.

I couldnt even get my food. Were trying to order food and its always saying pick something else like no i want what i want. Isnt dairy queen known for ice cream? So youd think they wouldnt tun out of it!!

The difference in quality between this location and Normaniew is night and day. This location needs some serious training from the staff at the normanview location.

One of my favourite places for chicken burgers, flame thrower sauce and fries. This restaurant has great staff and sunshine where I love to hang out. The food is absolutely delicious and staff offers excellent customer services. I would go back repeatedly as it’s one of my favourite places for burgers in North Regina

If you didn't want to drive to McDonald's, this location might be an option for you. There was a strange film that had congealed on the bottom of the bun of my original cheeseburger, it had a plastic texture and made the inedible. I was also not provided a receipt with my drive thru order. Was offered a free cheeseburger as compensation, but I can't think of a scenario where I would return to the location to redeem it.

The last 4 or 5 times we’ve been there the burgers have been amazing. As close to perfectly made as fast food can get. Whoever makes the burgers on weekday evenings has been on an unbelievable roll lately lol. Like I said, the best burgers I’ve ever had at a DQ for the last 4 or 5 visits in a row now. Compliments to whoever you guys have back there putting them together. Your grill master at this location needs to be sent to all the other locations to show them how it is done haha

The Rochdale location is really good. Glad they got rid of the push button drink dispenser. It didn’t work and just held things up.
