I ordered regular poutine with extra gravy. I was charged for the extra, but it wasn't added to my order. When I called, you didn't acknowledge the mistake. Please correct this. Btw not ordered poutine for first time but of course last time from yur store

Ordered 2 crispy chicken wraps, flamethrower and ranch, and they were the size of a McDonalds chicken nugget, and cold as can be. Absolute shame because I worked here some 8 years ago, and I know what quality they used to be and the standard of food our managers and owners expected and wanted, and it couldn't be more opposite of what I got. 3x the price too lmao

Overall, my order for my main meal was right. BUT when I ordered 2 blizzards, one cookie dough, and one peanut butter cookie dough, I got what looked to be an oreo blizzard and the peanut butter cookie dough. I asked and said that the one looked wrong for my order and they took them back and then told me one was cookie dough (the peanut butter cookie dough) and the other was peanut butter cup (same as the peanut butter cookie dough). I'm disappointed and annoyed that they did not ask for clarification on what I had ordered. Probably won't return to this location for blizzards anytime soon, to be honest.

Food was fine. Lobby area seemed cluttered with the huge cardboard cutout advertising blizzards (it's bulky and in the way). No signage advertising if they use the app (-assume they don't since the location doesn't show up in the app). And no advertising the specials - you have to ask at the counter what's on special.

Overall an ok experience but you need to ask about specials which is annoying.

Parking: Tight parking lot and the surrounding business and the drive thru lane right behind some of the spots can make it a challenge. Prepare to park a bit further away and walk.

I was just at this location a little before 8pm. Got everything I ordered but the fries and chicken strips were cold. I never have this issue at the DQ on Truesdale. There it is always fresh and hot. I will never come back to this location
