I was just at this location a little before 8pm. Got everything I ordered but the fries and chicken strips were cold. I never have this issue at the DQ on Truesdale. There it is always fresh and hot. I will never come back to this location

I was here on October 26th and the customer service was horrible. I waited half an hour for my food which was only a chicken strip basket. When I went up to the counter they couldn't find my order and didn't get a receipt.

This is a very busy location, all day everyday, I find that it either hurts there performance or it’s just how they are. We’ve noticed the last couple of times going they would mess up on our orders and we would have to leave the drive thru and go inside regardless to get it fixed.
The guy working the drive thru on august 20th, at 5:15PM had horrible service. He made no effort to interact with me or my friend , as well as refusing to make eye context with us while handing the food. We also asked a simple question, however we were ignored and he closed the window on us. We also went inside because we got hungry , and whole time we were ordering at the counter he kept glaring at us. It made me very very very sad, upset and uncomfortable. I went home later and cried. Do NOT recommend going here if you’re hungry.

Went to this location to get a $2 dipped cone like all the other locations. The manager was unwilling to admit other locations have it and unwiling to work out a compromise. What happened to customers come first, guess its not a thing anymore.

Went through drive-thru like one sometimes does. My complaint with this location is this is by far the slowest drive-thru i have ever been to. Everytime. No exceptions the slowest. I travel lots and have been to many locations, most locations are twice as fast. No exaggeration. Also i have noticed a growing trend at this location about portions. They are getting smaller and smaller. I usually upgrade to a poutine and its not a cheap upgrade. The portions keeps getting smaller. This time the container was mabee half full. This place is going down hill.
