I Visited DQ on September 11th and ordered 2 medium choco brownie extreme blizzards, while receiving the order the blizzards looked fine until i took the bite into the middle section of the blizzard and noticed it was all vanilla soft serve all the way to the bottom of the cup which proves the blizzard wasn’t made accurate. This is a clear scenario of carelessness towards preparing order while serving the customers. Terrible experience and will never revisit this location of DQ again.

Honestly I'm a burger fiend and I ordered the two doubles for 8 special. Had to wait a while but it was so worth it. Best burgers I've had from a fast food chain. Hot fresh and tasty.

Just wanted to say I messed up my own order and asked if it could be corrected at the window. The ice cream was already made but they had no problem fixing it for me at all, and even gifted the extra ice cream. Small gestures matter and my partner and I really appreciated the act of kindness.

Went in to get Blizzard , service was terrible.. the staff handed it over with no napkins, the body of the cup had coffee or ice cream. Like I am literally pissed. I don't think I want to come to this location again.

very bad service by dinesh i dont know who give the manager position to dinesh we were go there to drop the resume and then we meet the dinesh because he was manager he started interview and after interview he told us my all the customers are foreigner so if i hire you and i will give u training and you have to work as volunteer and i will pay you 10 cent per hour and you have to work full day we are student we are not mad we will work with you without pay . Think before speak

Great product but find DQ prices very high. Eg. Blizzards I have also noted in a Regina DQ a TIP jar which I think is inappropriate.
Employees take long to tend to you for every and anything, they are rude and forget everything. To add to that they can barley speak or understand any English they should be fired immediately

Got to a different store, or a different restaurant entirely.New guy was getting yelled at in a foreign language by the "supervisor" who was more concerned with mopping the floor than serving customers. She even made customers move who were waiting to order in front of a person less register to keep mopping.Clear the new guy needed help, and the wait time was brutal because of it. Food was cold. Kitchens and restaurants are meant to be a team.Won't ever go back here, and makes me rethink DQ as my quick burger stop.
