Got to a different store, or a different restaurant entirely.New guy was getting yelled at in a foreign language by the "supervisor" who was more concerned with mopping the floor than serving customers. She even made customers move who were waiting to order in front of a person less register to keep mopping.Clear the new guy needed help, and the wait time was brutal because of it. Food was cold. Kitchens and restaurants are meant to be a team.Won't ever go back here, and makes me rethink DQ as my quick burger stop.

Super nice employees, amazing blizzards, and perfect atmosphere!
Came with my coworkers and they were given the most raw chicken sandwiches we've all ever seen, both of them nearly puked. They let the staff know, and the employee couldn't be bothered to tell the cooks or change anything up, just shrugged her shoulders, and only got refunded half the order. Probably the last time we come here.

Very bad they gave me a wrong order. I want a double mushroom cheeseburger they give me one with lettuce i even teach them how to do it properly so bad experience here not recommended and their kitchen is so disgusting….

Terrible experience, would NEVER recommend. We arrived 3 minutes prior to closing and were not served. The lady said it was 8 o clock when it was 7:57. It takes 2 minutes to make a blizzard. Will never be returning to this location.

My blizzard was capped with a sundae top and over filled so opening would make a mess, the cup had a hole in the side and was leaking and the extra dollar I paid to have cookie dough added was for a single chunk.

Food here is just gross especially the onion rings they were so greasy and disgusting the fries are stale and taste like cardboard. got a birthday cake from here aswell that went bad and they didn't take it off the shelves and still sold it to us and we all ate it but we didn't find out it was bad till everyone had tasted it and it tasted gross and sour it had most likely been sitting in their store far far too long obviously. They need to take better care here with their cakes and food first in first out (FIFO) policy like smh get better. Wouldnt recommend this location

The slowest dairy queen. They never have enough employees working. Horrible management. Only 2 slow workers working at night. 15 people waiting on them.5 months later and still waiting on the 2 employees working stupidly slow. Bad manager.

Nice people friendly staff, look it bought out from people that use to owe it, but that's kool as long as they are nice and happy people I will come it treated good ? good atmosphere that day anyways !Parking: North gate is good parking depending on Wich day you go to mall , I would say don't go on weekend or after work if you want to find a good parking spot close by

Could use a talking to on how to speak to customers and be a little friendlier because she seemed like she did not like people. Food is good and sitting area is very clean so still giving 5 stars minus the unfriendly cashier.

Got an ice cream cake, which has always been kind of a staple for our family birthdays. After this will never get one from this location again. the quality was terrible. there was no chocolate ice cream whatsoever ever on the bottom . very thin layer of cookie and no fudge. normally I wouldn't care. but when It comes to children's birthdays and a place that ust to pride them selves in there cake shows they have no regard for providing a quality cake for children's birthdays is just terrible. my children were devastated. I get this location has gone down hill. but come on. if you guys can't even make the cake you are famous for. close the doors
