Absolutely joke of an establishment. The service is absolutely pathetic and the restaurant is distrusting. They will lie to you and claim to only have 1 burger in the restaurant 20 minutes prior to close. If you’re hours say you are open until 10pm, you should serve food until 10pm. DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT.

We waited over 15 minutes for our food and all we ordered was a misty slush and that took 15 minutes they prioritized other customers orders instead of ours and ignored our order till we asked for it. 1 medium Misty slush took over 15 minutes this is terrible service. Separately we order a chicken strip basket and that stayed in the same place for over 10 minutes and when we got it. The food was cold and stale. I hope you get better employees that do their work and not just sit there.

Classic DQ quality! The burgers are fresh and tasty, fries are hot and crispy, and the soft-serve ice cream never disappoints. The Blizzards are perfectly mixed with generous toppings, and service is friendly and quick. A great spot to grab casual meal or treat yourself to a dessert.

Everytime I go there, the place is always clean and/or being cleaned spotless. The staff are always genuinely nice and give that casual friendly attitude. When I order a burger it's always hot and made fresh, which doesn't exist in most places these days ( talkin' about that Ronald guy). The eating area is bright and sunny during the day, and somehow cozy at night. I have always liked this gem in the middle of a quiet residential area.

Our family and friends had a wonderful lunch in this location. It has huge space, lots of tables, and chairs. The store is clean and has nice music selections with just enough volume. Foods were served fast and hot. Plus the amazing staff, most especially Belinda. Fantastic service! Warm and friendly approach. She served 5 tables with great smiles and assistance. Well done Belinda, keep it up! You are amazing! Kudos to the management and staff :)
Ordered from the Truesdale location tonight. It was a two for one so maybe that was the problem. Onion rings were completely cold and there weren’t many of them for $6+. The burger, a double stack burger, wasn’t completely cold but a long way from hot and it was soggy. The delivery tracking would show the food getting close to being delivered (within two or three minutes) and then it would be further away. This happened three or four times so maybe that was the problem. At any rate I won’t order from this location in the future.

I used a DQ reward for a medium blizzard. I was disappointed the cup wasn't full. Other locations have the blizzard flowing out the top. Got home and as I was scooping through the bottom of the cup was empty. It had a big area of missing blizzard; close to a couple golf balls in missing blizzard. Very poor that I used a reward and then got cheated out of a full treat. Normally, I'd go back and voice my concern but it's not worth the gas.

Went to the drive thru today waited for 10-15 mins to get the food. I ordered 2 orders of chicken strips and they gave me only 2 dipping sauce with 8 pieces of chicken strip. The guy taking Order was terrible didn't know what he was doing. Not going back to this location.
