Me and my partner came here to get some dinner after a long raps trip and honestly everyone seemed just very lost and confused while we were ordering. The gave us the wrong food, I requested the correct food and had to wait and 10 mins because there were no employees to be seen.
Once we got the food and got home it was VERY disappointing. Everything cold and old. For how expensive this food is, they need to have another look at their quality control.

I grill and chill with my wife often, can be better than Netflix and chill since ice cream is involved, this location reminds you of where you are, though when you see that the ice cream cakes are locked up

Okay my husband and I frequent this place a lot and it is normal in summer for a lineup at the drive thru and a wait. But tonight was pretty disappointing. I'm so confused with what happened here. Three cars ahead of me, I ordered a large blizzard for my husband and it took 30 minutes for just one blizzard, and two mini blizzards in the car ahead of me?
The worst was despite my husband's blizzard passed the upside down test...it was half melted all the same! It was soup by the time I got home and we live in the area. No one in the restaurant. 2 employees. Several ice creams, all the same type. Why the lack of quality? Why did you make all the ice cream at once and then leave it on the counter to melt for the next 20 minutes while you rang up each customer?
The staff need to be trained in efficiency or retrained, a manager needs to be checking in for quality and control. Yikes, man.
In the meantime I think you better go to the shoppers drug mart next door instead and buy a pint of Ben and Jerry's. Cheaper, instant, and frozen upon arrival!

They will no longer do half and half Sundays you have to pay extra. Why? No logic. Not hard to do half a squirt of 1 and half a squirt another. Poor customer service. Do better.

I went to dairy Queen and got a cotton candy blizzard only the top had cotton candy and all the sauce was stuck at the top

lady at the front just stared at me blanky when i gave her my order. she gave the wrong one abd then showed attitude when we politely asked to remake.

I wanted to order the Reese's cookie dough blizzard as it was shown on the menu. When I ordered I was informed there were no Reese's pieces so the order couldn't be made. I was disappointed but I understood and requested that they still make it just without the Reese's pieces and just with the cookie dough and peanut butter. The staff charged me for a cookie dough blizzard plus extra for peanut butter and insisted it couldn't be done any other way when I asked. So I had to pay extra to get less than I wanted originally
What's up with this place, everytime I come here it's always a messed up order. Today I'm utmost disappointed. Ordered a blizzard ended up getting the wrong one which had peanuts. Just saying what if a person was extremely allergic to peanuts?! Likely run into some serious legal repercussions.

The kitchen staff are great 👍. Always smiling and helpful. They ensure all the patients eat and even help them. They transport the patients to and from their room.
