This DQ restaurant is alway my son’s favourite restaurant, food is always quick and fresh. Today I got upset when we stop by restaurant. We try to use one of paper coupon $4.99 regular poutine, The lady’s name Lorrine took away this coupon after we paid, I asked if she has new coupon and she said no, I can only use one time here and she has no other coupon for me. She asked me to read condition of coupon. This item condition on the coupon is limit one coupon per customer, per visit, never mention one time only. But the attitude she did to me is not nice. This is not first time I use this kind of coupons as coupons always affordable and reasonable. Hopefully they know how to nice to explain to the customer.

They always prepare their food with care, are hygienic, and friendly, and consistently provide us with the utmost satisfaction. I'm also impressed by the reasonable prices. Dairy Queen on Albert Street is a great place to grab a quick meal or treat. The burgers and fries are solid, but the real highlight is the sundaes - always delicious and perfectly made.
The staff are friendly, and the service is usually fast. The restaurant is clean, and seating is comfortable whether you're dining in or grabbing something to go.
Convenient location, good prices, and great desserts. Definitely worth a visit if you're craving something sweet!

I visited this Dairy Queen today, and the girl working there was using her personal phone for what she said was “a Skip order.” I’m not sure how a personal phone can be used for Skip. When she went to pack my poutine to take out, she touched my fries with her hands. When I asked her why she didn’t wash her hands first, she said she was allowed to use her phone and then touch the food. I asked for the manager, and she told me she was one of the supervisors.
What kind of place allows employees to use their phones and then handle customers’ food without washing their hands?

Ordered june 6th,2025. Chicken burger, no tomatoes.
And number 1 meal with no lettuce Got home and Chicken burger was still pink. And burger on bottom bun tasted so sticky and dry. No happy and can't seem to find a email to reach them at.

I like this restaurant when I order off of SKIP, its always fresh and hot but they really need to follow instructions on SKIP orders. I asked for a certain # of ketchup packets in my meal. They always give me half. Are they really that cheap to not give me what I want for packets especially if they are free? I used to work fast food 15 years ago, I never questioned someone's request. I think I only had one employee who followed my SKIP order one time. All the other times, less than what I asked for. This restaurant needs to do better service.
