As a previous employee at this Dairy Queen I have to say I am beyond disappointed. Last night I went through the drive through not only did they not say anything to me other then my total at the window but then I also had to wait for my meals and they didn’t let me know which was something we always used to do if a customer had to wait, but when I got home they forgot my gravy. I called to inform them and the person on the phone told me to come back to get it. I told them I wasn’t coming back, because I didn’t want my food to be cold. When I went to sit down to eat my fires were cold and already getting hard on top of that half empty. My partners burger was ice cold and half of my chicken strips were ice cold as well. I’m not really sure what has happened to this Dairy Queen when it used to be a place that people travelled to, to get something to eat but now the service is crappy and half the time your food is cold or half empty. I was not impressed in the slightest and very disappointed in what the business had become

Hi, my boyfriend and I visited earlier today and shared an iced tea. Right away, we noticed it tasted strange — not like the usual Brisk iced tea, more like old or off-brand powder, and it even had a weird texture, almost like crystals you have in the powder ice tea in it.About 20–30 minutes later, we both started feeling really sick — nausea, stomach pain, and just overall unwell. That was the only thing we both had all day, so we’re pretty sure the iced tea was the cause. Just wanted to let you know so you can check your iced tea and drink machines in case there’s something off with them.

Wife order 7 Cheeseburgers at 5:30 pm today at drive threw. Friday 4/25. ALL of the burgers where ice cold like they came out of a fridge. I mean cold. You would think they would be hot at supper time. Fries and Onion Rings were cold also. A waste of money.

The Cleanest and most friendly restaurant in Tisdale. They are just amazing people and go extra mile to make sure you get best service! We stopped there for lunch and the staff was more than happy to help us . The manger came twice to ask how the experience was and our server told us the coffee is free to refill and made sure we had water as we were leaving for regina in the evening. It felt awesome how caring these people were.

Onion rings are always deep fried in clumps, the chicken strips are either cut inhalf or they are seriously cheap! Never wasting money there again, and I live here. Seriously disappointing especially for a small town DQ.

Gary and the team at Dairy Queen in Tisdale went above and beyond for our 5 year olds birthday today. The whole team brought his cake out and sang him happy birthday and our 5yo and three other boys were thrilled.The food is always fast, hot and delicious, the location is always clean, and service is always great, but today was just exceptional!Thank you so much to everyone, particularly Gary!
A friend and I went to this place to get CHICKEN RANCH WRAPS. That is what we ordered they cost 3 dollars and we spent 8 because ritesh put that we got chicken sandwiches. I also only ordered a SINGLE cheeseburger and ended up spending at least 3 dollars more because I got a double. I am very upset my friend and I got robbed of our money for what we didn’t order. Not to mention when he reviewed the order he said exactly what we ordered crispy chicken ranch wraps.
