Found a bug in my lettuce yesterday.

Went through the drive thru to get a skor blizzard, I said at the speaker “small skor blizzard please” the guy taking the order then replied “small skor, any thing else for you” I said no and drove up to the window. When I get there he says something that I couldn’t understand with his thick accent but I heard blizzard so I assumed he said skor blizzard. I paid for it then he gives me an Oreo blizzard, I said no I ordered skor. He right away goes “Actually I just confirmed it and asked you skor and you said yes”. I told him you said skor at the speaker how are we at an Oreo blizzard, 2 very different words that I wouldn’t imagine getting mixed up. He then wouldn’t make me the skor that I ordered and made me take the Oreo because I “confirmed” it when I didn’t hear him say Oreo.

Ordered this cake thru skip. The cake we got is lacking compared to what was advertised. Very disappointed.

I wanted a spicy chicken burger and i was told the wait was 8 minutes, okay i can wait. So i did i waited the 8 minutes just for me to get my burger and remove the wrapper to see my bun that looked like it was sat on. oh, well i waited that long i’ll eat it i thought. Wrong! i took a bite, and it was awful. it was not the spicy burger like i had ordered. and the bun was awful! waste of money and time.

Could not order on the app using credit card. Then showed up and they told me it’s 8 minutes for a chicken sandwich. Which is why I wanted to order on the app

Clean and tidy and what we expected.

Went through the drive thru for lunch. Ordered a single bacon cheese burger, a double bacon cheese burger, large onion rings, and large fries. The burgers were ice cold and bacon was raw, the large fries were not large fries. I asked for a receipt but didn't get one. Cost $32+ for food that went in the garbage. The worst take-out meal we have ever had.

Well, even though I wasted an excessive amount of money, I feel confident in my decision never to spend another cent at a Dairy Queen. The experience started with staff who couldn't understand the rather basic order, food was cold and stale, and even the ice cream cones which are quite literally iconic, looked nothing like a DQ cone. The facility was dirty with old soda drips down the cabinets. Food quality was abhorrent and the service was pathetic. So again, even though I absolutely threw away money on the worst food I've had in a long time, at least I can walk away knowing my family will not miss out. Gone are the days of decent quality or any semblance of attentive staff.

This location does not let you Collect DQ points, redeem DQ points, or use promotions from the DQ app. I assume they choose not to participate because they are too cheap and don't want customers to det deals or discounts.

I suggest going elsewhere to the other dairy queens in the area that all accept the points program and discounts on the app and appreciate their customers.

We went to this dairy queen cause our one nearby didn't have a banana split, but come to our surprise we found an entire paper clip inside our banana split, which our daughter whos 2 years old nearly choked on! 😡 We also ordered two chicken ranch wraps and the first one was fine but the 2nd was made with mayonnaise instead of ranch. How do you not notice an entire paperclip going into someones food!?!? Ive complained on the website and will be going in person there tomorrow.

so someone wanna tell me why the poutine went up in price yet they give you BARELY any fries? why would i wanna pay $8 for 4 fries drowning in gravy? like this is why i stopped coming here. any other location gives enough fries to actually fill the bowl. here? nope.
also the fries are extremely hard like how long have they been sitting there? gross.

also everyone who works there (except one nice older lady) seem like they hate life and don’t wanna be here. like okay fine but you’re in a service industry the least you could do is be nice.

if i could rate 0 i would… why are yall SO CHINSY on your food? like even the other day my friend got fries from there and they don’t even fill the fry holder all the way. there was like 6 fries total. ridiculous. workers acting like they are personally losing money adding more fries. it’s a million dollar company yall will survive filling up the container with fries like it should be.

i just ordered from there and when i got my food it was cold and i’m missing like half of my food like i only got the fry’s and the drinks i’m missing like 2 meals
