The boy serving today was worst. He was not ready give ice cream samples. If you don’t want people to taste and buy, then why do you have such a concept. This guy was busy talking to his friends and every time we ask for samples he was asking if we were buying that or not. This was very rude behaviour. I am a regular customer but this is the first time this happened. I still purchased a bucket of ice. This is oct 15, 9.20 pm when I visited the store.

I used to love Ice cream from here, but I went to get my usual salted-caramel ice cream flavour, but it was totally different. It was overly sweet and it has no salt crystals in it like usual. I am so disappointed.

Inefficient staff who have not learned how to greet customers and even how to give an average service. They are absolutely incapable of managing long lines and the girl with black hair is the rudest most arrogant waitress I’ve ever seen. I wish they could learn a bit from the East end staff or just quit if they can’t deal with ppl.
