Lacks customer service and flavour. Two of most important things in a restaurant. Owner needs to train their staffs better.

Great food. Big serving of Ramen, not bland at all. Korean FC is good unfortunately we didn’t expect the kaarage to be like this (super tiny chicken pcs) but the flavor is there. Sushis are fine though something’s lacking.
The waiter needs to improve customer service. He told us to sit down and didn't explain if there was a QR code or a menu. He asked us what we were going to order and I had to ask for the menu at that moment! He's not friendly either, which makes it a bit uncomfortable to be there. The place is nice and has a good location, even though the available parking is in the public parking lot.
The food was good but not spectacular either. I wouldn't know if I would recommend it.

Picked up the Shoyu and Miso ramen for take-out. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere and looked like a nice place for drinks and visiting. Noodles were unfortunately very bland and the pork belly also had very little flavour. The broth was also very plain. Presentation was nice but the entire dish really just had no flavour. May return to try the sushi, maybe the ramen is just not what they're known for..

The blandest ramen in town, my partner and I agreed that the broth had no flavor. We both had miso ramen, which is known for it's salty taste and it might as well have been water.

Broth was very bland
Waiter burped when taking our order and didn’t say excuse me
And not a fan of the canned pop gouging
Won’t be going back

I love the food here and still enjoy it but what happened!? The service has gone down so much they take forever to get your food and your order. Everytime we come here now they have us sit and wait 15 minutes before even asking for our drink order and the food takes so long even when no one else is eating.... all the servers walk around like they don't know what's going on or how to do their job. It's extremely disappointing that this place changed for the worse with the lights, bad service.
I recently revisited Dojo Ramen, a Japanese ramen restaurant that I once loved, but unfortunately, my second experience fell short of expectations. The first time I dined there, the ramen was hot and flavorful, with tender slices of pork that melted in my mouth. This time, however, the meal was quite a disappointment.
The biggest letdown was the broth. It arrived at the table lukewarm, lacking the comforting warmth I expect from a good bowl of ramen. This not only affected the flavors but also made the dish less enjoyable overall. The pork, which was once juicy and tender, had become dry and tough, missing the succulence that made me love it in the first place.
Additionally, I found myself having to request extra broth with each bowl. This might seem like a minor inconvenience, but it disrupted the dining experience, as I prefer to have a generous amount of broth from the beginning. It left me wondering if they had reduced the portions or if this was a new standard for them.
On a positive note, the appetizers remained consistently good. They retained their original taste, which was a relief amidst the disappointing ramen. However, given that the ramen is the star of the show, the decline in quality is hard to overlook.
Overall, while the appetizers are still worth trying, my enthusiasm for the ramen at Dojo Ramen has significantly dropped. I hope they can bring back the quality that initially drew me to this place.

Absolutely awful. Tasteless spicy(not spicy)ramen and warm sushi. Waiter didn’t acknowledge my displeasure at all and asked if I wanted to leave more of a tip. Nope. Would not return or recommend.

This a very unfortunate review, because everything tastes amazing and was going great me and my gf were having a good time until it came to the main portion of the dining experience which was the Ramen. Mine was alright at best but hers was bland and flavorless and even though I was unsatisfied with the Ramen I paid for it still but I did not want to pay for the other one as it was barely eaten all the meat was still there only one bite taken out of the meat and she said you already ate half and we can't refund it to you, I said I'm not paying for what wasn't finished I'll pay for mine that I completed but then she came back and starting digging into the food with a fork trying to direct it and arguing with us and she said she can give us a different item I said that's fine I'll take another rib order she said okay and kept arguing after. Poor service from her the server was amazing.

Don’t come here! Yes some of their items are great but the management is very terrible. Ramen is nothing compared to anything what I expected it was very bland and not rich in flavour what so ever.
Take your money somewhere else cause you not liking their food here they’ll still charge you for it just because you’ve taken a taste out of it.
Tell me this how are you supposed to know if it’s good or not if you don’t take any bites?
Wonderful customer service from the young gentleman but terrible management from the women. All she likes to do is argue. Clearly there is no customer satisfaction here.

The broth of both Shoyu and Miso Ramen has zero depth and flavor, I literally added soy sauce to it to try and make it more rich. The egg was barely marinated, the pork had a nice sear but no flavor at all. The ramen noodles tasted like cup noodles, there wasn't that al dente texture. Everything was overpriced especially the sushi, 10 dollars for 6 small avocado rolls? Like what!? And the ramen was near 20 dollars and tasted horrid.

Elegant small Asian restaurant. The wait staff are the perfect blend of attentive/unobtrusive. The food is amazing across the board, and the pork belly steam buns are out of this world.
Delicious food and service!
Dietary restrictions: They have good gluten-free noodles. ?
