Dosa & Curry Garden is one of my favorite spots in Regina for authentic South Indian food. The dosas are crispy and flavorful, and the curries are rich and well-spiced. I especially recommend the Mysore Masala Dosa and the Chettinad chicken — both were delicious and tasted freshly made. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the portions are generous. Whether you're dining in or taking out, this place never disappoints. A must-visit for anyone who loves Indian cuisine!
Good option
The taste and the food is best of the best and also the server is one of the best server you could ever see as he is so kind and polite that you could never imagine
Ordered chicken kothu and chettinad chicken gravy. Very tasty, authentic South Indian flavours. We were travelling and stopped at regina, this place surprisingly good 😊
Not worth the money spent.. Mysore masala dosa doesn't even hv enough chutney on dosa.. Feels like u r hvng sada dosa.. Would love to share a picture but there is no option to upload a picture
I would say not bad but average food. You may skip it !
I had an amazing experience at Dosa and Curry Garden! The dosas were perfectly crisp and flavorful, and the sambar and chutneys were authentic and delicious. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. The ambiance was clean, cozy, and family-friendly. Highly recommend this place to anyone craving real Indian food. Will definitely be coming back soon!
The food was bland and uninspired, making it hard to believe that anyone had put any effort into the meal. I left feeling disappointed and disgusted. It's safe to say I won't be returning anytime soon, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a decent meal.
The Server very polite and friendly i will 9/10 for the service , 8/10 for the food - I ordered a chicken Biriyani - The chicken biriyani was good , quantity was enough for two person and one masala tea - I got the feeling of home and the atmosphere is also very good. I really enjoyed the place . This is not a paid review or anything . Just from a true customer Who really enjoyed the food - Rahul - 05/04/2025
I ordered noodles and Manchurian from Disa Curry yesterday, and I am beyond disappointed. The Manchurian was completely burnt, and the noodles didn’t even taste like real noodles—they had a weird plastic-like taste. I was relying on this meal since I didn’t bring lunch to the office, but it was so bad that I had to throw the whole thing away. I ended up starving because of this. What kind of quality control do you have? This is absolutely unacceptable! Extremely upset and disappointed with this experience.”
Restaurantji Recommends
I ordered chicken biryani yesterday and really loved it! It just tasted like back home chennai biryani!! Must try!
Ordered a Chilli Chicken and Mysore Masala Dosa. Chilli chicken was good there was decent enough quantity. The dosa wasn't upto my expectations. The length was good but the taste not at all. The mysore chutney was missing and was hardly there. I am used to eating better Dosas at other restaurants and went here based off a friend's recommendation and even they were dissatisfied with their meal this time. The coconut and other chutneys were good though.
The vent by their window felt like it was blowing cold air instead of hot, so it was quite discomforting to sit by the window with cold air blowing at you.
The tables were missing salt and pepper and tissue box.
This is usually our go to place for dosa as they serve decent dosa than many other restaurants. Very disappointed that they served us chutneys from yesterday as it was out of the refrigerator. Owners/chef should take note of this. Made our servers aware of this awful experience.
Food was good but over the past few years the quality is deteriorating. We go when they have Dosa melas. Lats time we went for meals and they did not provide all the dishes as advertised. Recently they have started charging for extra chutney when you order Dosa which is very bad. They gave in a small cup and charged more than a dollar. This is the first place we saw where they charged us for extra sambar/chutney and then we decided to never go back.
the butter chicken! my kids love it and they don't do spice. and the chaat is so flavorful.
