We love Earls and have gone there for years - a couple of times a week = spending anywhere from $250 to $400 a week. We experienced appalling, unacceptable "service" from a server who completely neglected our table. After almost an hour, with zero updates in the time from our order, we received our food with a spartan apology. We had to flag another server for the bill after waiting another 20 minutes. Unbelievable.
Our server was friendly. He was very busy but our food came quickly. The food was delicious.
Service was slow and a table that was sat after us received service before we did. Chicken was slightly dry as compared to what I'm used to at this restaurant. Server never checked to see if we wanted additional beverages and I had to ask for water to be refilled. Overall meal was slightly below what we are used to at earls.
Server left us after entrees were delivered and never returned to the table. We had to flag down another server to get a dessert menu & then flag down the same server later to get the bill.
Our server (Mac) was amazing. Great sense of humor and wicked knowledge of the menu and options for us. Highly recommend.
Served on a plate, the Jell-O shot looks almost dignified—like dessert at a diner run by drunks. Its neon wobble mocks the idea of refinement, a cheap trick dressed up with table service. One bite and it’s all rubbery sugar, a childish sweetness that can’t quite mask the tequilas cheap violence. It isn’t a cocktail so much as a dare, a reminder that alcohol doesn’t always need ceremony. What it offers isn’t flavor but abandon—an edible joke you’re complicit in. And sometimes, that’s exactly the point.

Was very disappointed with my recent trip to Earls in Regina. Normally the service and food quality are very consistent. This time it was not. I was there for a client meeting and my guest's order came out wrong to start with. I had asked for a side steak for my meal (which is on the menu with the salads along with salmon, prawns, chicken, etc) which is what I thought I got.... I got charged for a full steak dinner when all I got was a steak on a plate with my soup. The server was nice enough but this was one time I felt that the service was not good.
Excellent service. Highly recommend requesting Zach as your waiter.

We had such a wonderful time at Earls! Our server, Noah, was absolutely amazing—so attentive, kind, and personable, he really made us feel at home. We also want to give a special thanks to Siena, the manager, who went out of her way to check in on us and make sure everything was just right. Their genuine care and hospitality turned a great meal into an unforgettable experience. We're truly grateful to both of them for making it a 5-star night!
We had a great meal. Other than the music being quite loud and the refills too slow, it was excellent.
Brooke and Brooklyn were very professional. The food was amazing, I had the 6oz Prime sirloin, it was cooked to perfection and the sides were delicious too. The service was immaculate, they didn't have a menu item that I wanted that they previously said they had so they covered my appetizer, not to mention how timely the service was, I was delivered both my appetizer and my main within 30 minutes of ordering. The atmosphere was standard, I enjoyed the music and the sports on the television. All around

Walked in on a Labour Day Monday evening for dinner. I booked a lounge table online and walked in five minutes later with my partner. We were served within two minutes. This location is well located near the airport and several hotels- we were staying right across the street and were happy to walk over after a long day of driving.
Earls is a consistent chain- from food to friendly service, you always know what you’re going to get. My hubby ordered the blackened chicken- he always orders it… there’s a reason why Earls sells this chicken in grocery stores now! It’s just that good.
A special thank you to Rachel for her warm approach to customer service. She knows what great service is all about. Cheers!
