Would not recommend this Earls, I would give them no stars, but you have to rate them to post a review. We were seated at a table that had very dirty glasses. The service is very poor.? We were there for more than 15 minutes without any one even checking if we would want some water and the restaurant had maybe 6 tables. So we headed to the Early on Albert and as usual it was amazing ?

Went to Earl's this evening, I wanted to have a nice dinner out which is hard to do when they cut all their servers and you are unable to get any service, without going on to the server or shift lead and asking for service. I must have waited at least 20-30 minutes.... and eventually I had to ask to order food! I spent a decent amount of money and got 0 service. Not impressed.

Quick update. I’ve been to several other locations but this one is still the best. Sorry, flagship location. But they’re crushing it here. Even under full slam - perfect presentation and cook times. Cameron(?) the bartender is so customer oriented - management material.Trust me. Ignore the negative reviews. Everyone has a bad day. I’ve dropped and burned plenty of pizzas then, True story, Earls Chef, “you’re doin’ great!”The food is excellent, that's no secret. I am biased, since I used to work there, but the kitchen is spotless and is cleaner than any of the 5 other restaurants I have worked at. The ingredients are always freshly prepared and there is no chance of any food expiring with the systems they have in place. There ingredients are very high end. They pay extra for quality.

Food at this location is always top notch. We enjoyed our meals, everything came out quickly and was nice and fresh. Like everything, cost of food has risen and your cheque will too. I have no issue paying for good food and service, but quite disappointed to pay $5.00 for a Diet Coke and have to flag someone down for one refill. 18% gratuity is the lowest default setting, rubs me the wrong way for the service you get.

Food is always amazing here.Either they are short staffed, or just really slow at seating and at taking orders.The main issue I have is that when we are done eating, and have a bunch of plates, they didn't grab the dirty dishes. So our table was full of dishes that weren't being used anymore.We had appys, finished them and then the mains came out, but the Appy plates stayed....why?We would finish drinks and ask for more drinks, and they never took the empty glasses away.I only tipped because the food was amazing.I hope you guys get it together better because we come here very often, and at $200 or more each time we come and having to talk over the plates and cups and having no room on the table, it's not becoming worth it anymore.Please get this dealt with sooner than later
