Fairly subpar experience. With others in the review, I agree, the hygiene of the cashier staff is not acceptable. Overall, I would go elsewhere if you want Japanese food. For another $20 try somewhere authentic and hygienic. 🤨

We did a takeout order of 2 Teryaki Bento Boxes (sub ramen noodles) with Spring rolls ready for 6:00pm. We picked it up at 6:00 and was home by 6:10. The food was COLD..... like cold, cold. The ramen noodles were dried out and sticky, hardly any veggies. Very disapointing.
So sad to spend over $40 and get a crap meal.

I went to edo Japan for the first time and it was near my work place so I went there at 9:30 pm as I see it was closing at 10:00 pm but when I give the order I get to know they are closing the dining I mean it was so rude they where doing it right in front of me. If this was the thing they should have told me earlier it was a great disappointment. I would never go there again. If they genuinely see this review they should take strict action regarding informing their customers about their policies of closing and let them update in google too.

Excellent food while on travel for work.
Ordered the typical chicken teriyaki meal without rice....no challenge or debate. Gave all veggies and meat. Ordered another one to go was so good. Will eat later. Lol.

Go to this place very often and typically have a good experience. But today had a hair in my food and called to inform them and they seemed unbothered by the scenario and did not offer a refund.

Unprofessional management. Arguing with me about my order placed when he got it wrong. He didn't want to make it right and instead wanted me to place another order on top of what I had already purchased. I will not be returning.

Be careful when ordering from this location .I had to repeat myself many times when ordering and the person still got our order wrong .The dishes came with very little beef and no sauce .The sauce was very bland and I felt it was very watery .When I called and explained how bad it was I was told they will follow protocol next time .So Wierd ! Food was very tasteless and where was the beef .Not a very good EDO ! Go to Cornwall food court !
That location takes care of you !

My friend ordered the vegetarian spring rolls because she has a pork allergy and we stated quite clearly that she has an allergy, still got the pork spring rolls and we're lucky she didn't get too sick but is in a lot of pain now. Thanks Edo staff!

They've gotten our simple orders wrong 2 visits in a row, and refused to remake them. The other locations are good, but this one has terrible customer service!!!

Atmosphere was clean. Food was not good. I got the tofu rice bowl with teriyaki sauce. The sauce tasted terrible and the vegetables tasted old.

I visited Edo Japan because I was really craving a good bowl of ramen, so I ordered the Beef Ramen Soup. Unfortunately, when it arrived, I was immediately disappointed. It didn’t look like ramen at all — the presentation was very plain, and it lacked the usual ingredients and appearance that you would expect from a proper ramen dish.
When I took my first bite, it confirmed my concerns. The broth was extremely bland and watery, with almost no flavor. In authentic ramen, the broth is the heart of the dish — rich, savory, and full of depth. This broth tasted so flat that I honestly wondered if I was feeling sick because I couldn’t taste anything.
Overall, the Beef Ramen Soup did not look or taste like real ramen. It felt more like a simple noodle soup rather than the comforting, flavorful experience I was hoping for. I hope Edo Japan will review and improve their ramen recipe, because customers deserve the true richness and authenticity that real ramen is known for.
Was a bit loud for there music, therefore the counter staff had a hard time hearing my total order, but my food was fast and tasty, bit small for a Sumo Size order but aside from that, My experience was Great.

This very sweet lady took my order.
She needed help with something
Some guy came
The guy already has plastic gloves on...touches the screen on the till
The same guy touches and grabs a few things...
The guy grab the handle to open fridge
Then puts some oil on his gloves and rubs the oil in.
With the SAME GLOVES starts the sushi.
I kindly cancel my order
He comes and ask WHY?
I told him.
He said I used my knuckles to touch screen.
I said what about everything else?
I asked him are you the manager?
He said NO the supervisor
Never again.... very disappointed
