I used to love this place but the service has gotten shockingly poor. 90% of my orders at this location have been wrong over the past few years and it’s always the person at the till being careless and inattentive. Unfortunately, I think today was my last time.

We loved this location however this is the 2nd time they messed up our take out order. I am somehow allergic to shrimp and crab. That is why we always order 2 different platter of sushi for me and my wife. A vegitarian sushi for me and a sushilicious platter for her. We crave for sushi once in a while and its very dissapointing to open our take out bag at home only to find two of the same platter. Sad thing is its the food I cannot eat ( I am the one who is craving). Its just frustrating. Yeah I know some will say it is a win for I get two of the expensive platter but its actually a loss for I did not get a chance to eat. And driving back is not an option. To the owner of this franchise, please make "ACCURACY" one of your focus as it can cause you your bussiness. Its just too sad.

I have been here a few times and the staff have always been friendly and welcoming, but the food has gotten worse and worse.I know there can bad days but the last time we attended this place the sushi platter was dry and the bland, to my dismay it was freshly made, so the ingredients had either been sitting out for a while for them to dry out.I will no longer be returning to this place.

I ordered a sushi platter, but there were only two of the four types of sushi that were listed on the menu and they weren’t even fresh! the service wasn't great either. I sent you a note about it, but I never heard back from you.
Stick to Harbour Landing Edo. Much better service and they can follow basic instructions. This location can't make sushi properly.

Amazing. Costumer service is immaculate. The restaurant was pretty well kept and had a welcoming environment.Dietary restrictions: My food never has Tree nuts. It’s amazing for people with tree nut allergies and people who don’t.
waited 30 mins for two things of sushi, finally got my order for the worker to slowly walk out and take her time to let me know she forgot one of mine?Aweful service and barely did any work. all i heard was laughing and joking in the back and the girl who helped me was SO rude and dismissive. Anywhere i’ve ever worked would never ever let their staff act this way.
