Had some free time today so I decided to pop by Elle’s Cafe! I got the famous Dubai Parfait for $13.99. It was ABSOLUTELY worth the hype.
They put a big scoop of their kataifi with ice cream cones. That’s my best guess. It tasted awesome. But it doesn’t stop there, if you continue eating you’ll find another layer of kataifi in the middle and at the bottom. It was so much I couldn’t even finish it all.
It was crunchy and flavourful. Everything I wanted it to be!

They have really friendly staff and they are also very generous with stuff they are selling.
There are not many places in Regina who sell Dubai Kunafa flavour. Also their strawberry Cheesecake is out of this world.

Average ice cream spot. If you are craving soft machine ice cream, then it is not a bad spot. They used to have coffee and seating but that is history now. It is ice-cream take-and-go spot.
While the soft ice-cream is good, the so-called daubai chocolate ice-cream was not very good and not done nicely. It also oddly comes in one size at astonishing $18 cost; Absolutely not worth it.

Elle’s is the best Ice cream spot in Regina! It is in the cutest neighborhood and always has a huge line of people waiting. I tried the biscoff loaded cone today and it was remarkable! Like seriously the best icecream I have ever had. There is a biscoff sauce through the whole middle of the soft serve and it has crumbled biscoff all on the outside. It’s also not too sweet, it’s just perfect!
