I got food poisoning after eating here Friday September 1/23. I've never been so sick im my life and it ruined my family camping trip. I would like to know if these employees have a food safe certificate? Will never eat here or any extreme pita or pita pit ever again.

We came in to order our food and noticed the counters were all dirty and flys all over the lettuce. When we told staff that was unacceptable they looked shocked. Very disappointing for a very well-known franchise.

We went today to this location and ordered 2 rolled pita with falafel and an immune buster smoothy. The service was amazing. The guy working there was listening to the instructions very well and made the best pitas. My kids enjoyed the food.

I’ve never had a bad experience until today. I walked in and there was only one worker, and they were making a bunch of orders which I assumed were for skip or whatever which is fine, I can wait! But they never once said hello to me, or told me they would be awhile. I stood there for like 7 minutes and they never said a word to me so I just left.
Usually, I have great service here but tonight was a different story. I walked in, and the person that was working was in the back talking on their cell phone. I had to wave my keys to get their attention. I put my order in which was a flat baked pita and paid for it, they again went to the back to continue talking on their cell phone. I had speak up to get their attention so that I could receive my food. Very very DISAPPOINTED with the service.

I am very disappointed in this location. I visited this location at 12:25pm. Service from the two ladies working was fine but there was absolutely nothing fresh that they could offer. The cucumbers were brown and mushy, the beans and chickpeas had been on the bar so long that they were hard, the mushrooms were so old they were a black mound.. I got the bottom of the scraped container for chicken. It was disgusting and frankly I didn’t want to pay for my $12 pita of basically lettuce and gross chicken ground.I always get the same thing when I go to an extreme pita and I feel like it’s pretty simple.To say I was disappointed is an understatement. At lunch time.. your veggie bar should be stacked full with FRESH veggies. I can understand if you are busy but there was one other person in there and it looked like the bar hadn’t been restocked or cleaned up for days. I was embarrassed for the ladies working and the lady that walked in behind me who had nothing to order from.I will never visit this location again.

It took over 15 minutes for me to order, pay, and receive my pita. I was the only customer in the store!The woman working (no name tag, so I’m assuming not in training) needed several reminders about adding requested ingredients, seemed unfamiliar with staple recipes, and cross-contaminated too many times to count by interchangeably using spatulas after touching common allergens (dairy, meat products, veggies).

This location is very filthy. I ordered and immediately regretted my decision. The longer I looked around the more I lost my appetite. It also smelled like sewer throughout the building. I wouldNot recommend this location.
