I absolutely love Fatburger Regina! Their breakfast is amazing — especially the pancakes, which are not only delicious but also a great price. I’m also a big fan of their burger add-ons that let you customize just the way you like it. I’m so happy they now have veggie burger options — a big win for me! And the curly fries? Always a must-have. I’ve been here so many times and will definitely keep coming back.

Love it here, staff are very friendly, food was absolutely delicious and was hot and ready in 10 minutes.

Fries came out crisp, hot and went so well with the ketchup. Burger was just perfect and they have very good milkshakes. I had a very good time eating here.

Tried the Bombay Veggie Burger and the Veggie Burger — both were absolutely top-notch! The flavors were rich, the patties were perfectly cooked, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. Special shoutout to Daivik, the manager, for his exceptional service and warm hospitality. He made the experience even better with his attentiveness and professionalism. Highly recommend visiting if you’re looking for great veggie options and excellent customer service!

They lost my order. Waited 25 minutes for a burger and fries. Nothing worse than watching others who arrived after you getting served. They did offer a complimentary side.

Staff was courteous. Checked on you to make sure all is good. Made the food m, just how you wanted it.

I am writing to share a troubling incident I experienced today as a delivery driver for DoorDash at your store. I believe there was a misunderstanding, and I hope you can review this matter fairly and provide clarity or an apology for the situation.

When I arrived at the store to pick up an online order, I received a notification from DoorDash that the order was ready. Upon informing the store employee, I was told the order wasn’t actually ready. The employee admitted that he had mistakenly marked the order as ready in the system. I calmly explained that this could affect my performance metrics on DoorDash, and, to protect myself, I mentioned I would take a photo as evidence that the order wasn’t ready. My intention was solely to document the delay and ensure I wouldn’t face any penalties on the platform.

However, the situation escalated unexpectedly. The employee involved informed the owner/manager, who approached me in a confrontational manner. He demanded that I delete the photos from my phone, threatened to sue me, told me to leave the premises, and accused me of behaving inappropriately. I want to stress that I never raised my voice, used inappropriate language, or disrespected anyone. My focus was simply on ensuring I wasn’t held accountable for an error that was out of my control.

The tone and behavior of the owner/manager were not only unprofessional but also felt discriminatory and hostile. This incident left me deeply disturbed and disrespected. As someone who values professionalism and mutual respect, I was shocked by the response to what I believed was a reasonable action on my part.

I am reaching out in good faith to request an investigation into this matter and to ensure such situations are handled more respectfully in the future. I would also appreciate an apology, as this incident has caused significant distress. I trust that you will address this issue with fairness and take appropriate action to prevent similar occurrences.

I didnt see the review about breakfast and I wish I did. The breakfast was horrible. I think they are using old sausages and they just warm them up. I got 10 cubed hashbrowns and the eggs werent fully cooked. they were runny. Do not buy breakfast from here. Absolute worst. I regret tipping them. I regret buying breakfast from here. I picked it up in person and the food still wasnt hot. Ladies. you failed miserably today.

Mike suggested Bacon Cheddar with Onion Rings made fresh daily and Dine in while food is hot, I am very happy I did. I also ordered the Blueberry Shake, the meal was great value.
Pranjala also followed up and asked if all is well when I was seated and suggested would I like some water, I thought that was very thoughtful.

I ordered a breakfast, it took them a very long time to hand it to my uber driver, i witnessed him waiting there for roughly 20 minutes, he had arrived about 15 minutes after i submitted the order. He made it to my place within 10 minutes after receiving the food, so the quality of what I received was not on him. When I received my order, it was cold, soggy, the bacon was VERY chewy, my over easy egg was actually cooked right through, and they gave me what is probably the smallest portion of Hashbrowns ive ever seen in my life. 100% not worth what it cost and i essentially feel like I got scammed. I strongly advise against ordering Breakfast from this establishment and highly encourage said establishment to stop serving breakfast all together. Stick to Burgers.
