I have tried multiple times to support Fix- drinks have been made wrong multiple times, told my drink was made with non fat milk as per my order only to find out it was made with full fat milk and told by another staff “ oh no we don’t have non fat milk”, 20 minute waits for drinks made incorrectly and today was the final straw I had given up on purchasing beverages from Fix so I ordere d a toasted bagel with butter and got a cold bagel with cream cheese. I give up I have tried but I just cannot support this business any longer. I popped in to give you another chance on Monday morning at 8:15am to be told “oh no we do not have bagels today”.

I love this coffee shop. It's quiet. They give free refills for drip coffee, and it's generally not busy. It is the perfect place to work or study, and their coffee is good (they used to have caliber, but their new stuff isn't too shabby either). I met the new owner, Usama, and what a great guy. Thanks for an awesome spot!!

i really like this place so much i go there often. there is this one guy that is working today does not know how to make any drinks he makes it so bad that you cant even complain front of his face because i will feel bad but whoever it is with the glasses on please learn how to make better drinks please. stop putting so much milk and little bit of coffee or matcha

I frequent this place quite often in the morning for breakfast snacks and coffee. Attended today to get a sandwich for lunch, I ordered the Satay sandwich, and it came on a croissant. The croissant was soggy after it was heated up, which was not enjoyable and really hard to eat with your hands. I've ordered this sandwich before, and it was previously on a French loaf style bun. I highly recommend going back to that.

I didn’t really like how the owner had her son working the counter. He looked about 10 years old. Pretty sure that’s not legal. Therefore, he kept putting in my drink order wrong. I asked for lavender syrup and he would say “vanilla latte?”. Finally, I asked for a ham and cheese on croissant. They had an entire board of croissant sandwiches. My sandwich was brought out on an English muffin and it was cold in the middle. Will never go back.
Ambiance is just perfect to sip on your drink and work on your laptop. Or just visit with Friends!

Some of the barista need to learn/train on how to make the drinks. Failed to make my Raspberry Lemonade Ice tea, not once but twice. She kept pouring lemon juice inside, made it very sour. The presentation wasn’t even presentable. Once she was done making it she kept going on her phone. I usually come here with great service, but today was different. Please tell me if any of these look like Raspberry.
