I was fairly disapointed that they offered "eggnog" as an option, and then told me there wasn't any egg nog and offered me a normal latte "less value" than I paid and never got the difference back.A little upset about the service and as I didnt recieve what I paid for...$18 for a latte and 3 ginger bread man cookies. Rediculous.

I visit Fix at least 2-3 times a week and I love that they know my name and my order. Plus the food and drinks are really great.

Got an order from them off doordash. They didn't have the flavour of frappe requested which is fine stuff like that happens all the time wait. However instead of replacing it with a basic flavour or getting confirmation about the substitution. They went with coconut without a label.According to them the best way to fix this is for me to stop in to get another free one on my way to the hospitalDietary restrictions: Not providing labels on their foods that have allergies. And assuming substitutions are okay without prior permissions

I ordered 2 matcha lattes and 1 London fog. London Fog tasted good however, the Matcha latte had a little sweetness, anyway, this isn't my favourite. Besides, I love the banana loaf, not too dry and not too sweet. The services were really funny and careful.

$3 for a 16 ounce plain coffee with a lid that leaks. One of the highest priced takeout coffee in Regina's downtown. They hold the cream behind the counter. You have to ask for it and they insist on pouring it. How stupid and cheap of them. I bet these owners won't last long.

The coffee here is not the best, and quite pricey compared to other local cafes, but the atmosphere makes up for that. It is small but in a cozy way, and a great place to read a book or catch up with a friend. Check it out for the space, have a coffee or two (I really can’t recommend the food to be honest, it’s always been a miss for me), and you’ll really enjoy your time.

I ordered an iced coffee and it was the worst iced coffee I've ever had. Something went horribly wrong. They might not be cleaning the old coffee grounds out of the grinder? I'm not sure, but there was no saving this thing! I left it and just went to McDonald's for coffee instead lol.

i ordered a cappuccino & it was everything i look for in my cups of coffee... it had the perfect coffee:milk ratio. the milk was frothed just right too - it was super close to a silky texture, & above all was nice & hot for those fridgid, saskatchewan winter days. i'm a fan.

Update your website!!!!This business is "closed for vacation", until November 24. To be clear, I have no issue with a small business closing for vacation. I have a huge issue with this business neglecting to update their website to reflect this. The Regina coffee shop market is competitive. A failure to keep correct hours posted has a negative impact on the confidence in this business.

I had the coffee here one day and it was ok and the next time I tried the cappuccino and it tasted like warm coffee with milk. I didn’t like the way it tasted either it had a burnt flavour.
