OMG! This place is Amazing! The milkshakes are brilliant and so flavorful. Definitely worth it! The poutines are yummy, you get alot for the price. We WILL be back again. The staff is very friendly and efficient. If you're thinking of coming here... stop thinking just come... you'll love it!

The breakfast croissants were delish, so light and flaky. The specialty coffees were excellent. My sister and I enjoyed our experience.

Showed up Saturday morning at noon and got a table right away as there was literally only one other customer. Waited 10 minutes and no server. Got up and left. Disappointed.

I know where to get the best donuts in this city is hotly contested, but what I can say is that Fresh Carnival does theirs differently than the rest, always using fun and well thought out flavour combinations. If you haven’t tried them, please do! The milkshakes and other foods I’ve tried, very good. Definitely recommend to stop in here, and get away from all the mediocre out there.

We went for the first time today and had such nice waitress. The food was delicious and the milkshakes are amazing! The donut was ok a little dry but still good. The price was reasonable. The only thing I didn't love is like most places they didn't bring us out the silver cup with the rest of the milkshake in it for the price of the milkshakes they should.

I recently ordered poutine and was really disappointed. The fries were cold, hard, and over seasoned didn’t seem fresh at all, despite being told they were. As a cook, It felt like they were left over fries in the mixing bowl only managed to take 4 bites before I couldn’t even eat it or take as leftovers. The service was slow, and the overall experience was unwelcoming. I paid full price for food that was far from acceptable, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Thus place is seriously cool. 2 different concepts in the same building. Typically I stop in regina when driving back and forth between manitoba and alberta and I found this place. They have some really good options on the fresh side but the carnival side was where I would up. The deep fried pickle pountine is what I got. I've never seen anywhere else make one of those but now I definitely will be getting another when I pass through next.

Decorations were nice, but it took over 45 minutes for our food, and the fries were served cold. Would recommend going somewhere else with better service, food, and value.
