Honestly love the menu variation but for some reason staff hasn't been wearing PPE during a pandemic and there has been a drastic change in the value. When I say no PPE I mean, no mask, no gloves, and no sanitization between customers. I work downtown and frequent the foodcourt often. I've had this bowl a dozen of times at other locations and it was much fresher. The vegetable seem a bit wilted but it really was the attitude of the workers. The cash wasn't working correctly so I had to wait a few minutes for them to restart the cash. Then my bill did not print correctly and all I had was my debit receipt. I paid $16 for a fast food wrap and a bottle of iced tea... yikes. Over-priced and didn’t taste different from anything a person could make at home. I gave them two stars for the kind staff who stopped me from ordering a “side soup” because they’re infact meal size. So a wrap and a soup would’ve been way too much food for one. I appreciated the honesty. Tortilla was very dry and chewy though... overall very poor value for your money...
