I ordered a steak pocket as a quick snack and am so disappointed. Small portion. The restaurant had no soap in bathroom, no hand sanitizer nothing. Won't be coming back.

2nd time I go there for Teriyaki Twist bowl and VERY disappointed!!!! All veggie and rice great, very small portion and TOOOOOO much Teriyaki sauce like a pool at the very bottom! GROSS! Threw out and left! Will never go to the Prince of Whales again! South way better, better portion and not soooo much sauce that just ruins your meal!

I love the smoothies here, especially the strawberry banana. Sometimes the banana flavor is a bit strong, but that just shows it’s made with fresh fruit and not some powdered stuff, I guess.

Our order took over 30 minutes to prepare, then after all that waiting, they ran out of one of the main ingredients! No real offer to correct the issue! So disappointing!

The menu has changed since I was here last. Fair enough. What blew me away was the food. 15.00 for a cup of rice if that, a tablespoon of corn/tomato slice chicken and cheese. It didn't even fill thier bowl up halfway. Beyond disappointed and won't be back !!
