We ordered here and the food taste amazing. Chickens were crispy and the fries - unreal.
The girl working there was very friendly.

Called in looking for a different location, would not even provide their phone number and kept telling me to go to their location, when I requested the phone nunber they hung up on me. Not great service I'll stick with the dewdney location

The girl at the front was nice and smiling.

Ordered off of doordash - received a single pizza of the two I ordered, and it didn't even taste good. The dough was fine, albeit greasy, but there was almost no sauce, and it had a lingering flavour of every ingredient they had, even though the toppings we ordered were three. Very offensive is the fact that for $16, it didn't taste good.

We had a great experience. There was a girl on Sunday morning shift that provided the bestest service. We are travelling from Ontario to Alberta and has been on road since 2 day. Stopped for a quick refreshment and this girl made our morning. She was smiling, very helpful, gave all correct suggestions and was smiling throughout. I am still smiling thinking about the whole experience.

We went with our family in Fritou. Observed following noticable issues..

1-The service person who is taking order, is also making food , as there isn't any other person hired by Fritou then, it is waiting time super high.

2- Service guy looked and dressed up like western type however, he is simply from Bangladesh guy. His English is not good but he is trying to speak English with local English accent, that's okay...However, to make it easily understandable for him, we tried to communicate him in his local language, then he pretend in such a way that he doesn't know his local country language!!! So, then once we used our English in front of him, then he came to line and start talking us his local language as well. So, one simple advise for him, please don't do drama with people who has experienced in dealing with tons of people everyday.

3- Food is offered without any sauce, tasteless chick with FULL OF OIL!!!!! For less oily food lover or person having heart problem, indeed it is Not a place for you. Chick is completely fried...

4- Only Good thing, is Food is HALAL.

Owner should take these complaints seriously and take action, otherwise he will definitely loss his business and ultimately ends up with losses and widing up of his business soon.

Didn’t send our gravy, fries, hot sauce, or salads in order for delivery. Only sent us the chicken.

Refused to bring us the rest of what we paid for by delivery, told us to pickup after we paid delivery fees, and it was their mistake.

Poor customer service, own up to your mistakes.
