We had an amazing evening. Elijah attended all
our needs. The atmosphere was perfect for dining with my best friend. The food exceeded my expectations. I cannot give all 5s because I go to starred Michelin restaurants. The experience and the food were out of this world. Thank you Maria, for being a great hostess and a wonderful human being. One regret though: why did't I dine there earlier. I will come back!

After a long week in the barns at agribition, we decided to end with dinner out!
The best filet mingon i have had in a restaurant in years!! So buttery tender, flavorful and cooked to perfection 👌 the garlic tst, and soup and salad were an added bonus
I should have gone for the clam chowder like my husband did as my tomato veg soup was kinda bland after trying his..
Service was on par!!
Only thing was it felt to congested in the dining area, but other than that... highly recommend this place!
Well done Golf's

My husband and I decided to treat ourselves to a nice dinner and made a reservation in advance. When we arrived, we were told to wait five minutes because “the server hasn’t had time to get the table ready.” We waited patiently, but another five minutes passed, and the host came back with, “Five more minutes — the table’s still not ready.” 🤦‍♀️

At that point, my husband asked what the issue was and why our reserved table wasn’t ready. The host’s response? “Some people came before you, so that’s why you have to wait.” That completely defeats the purpose of making a reservation. He pointed this out, and instead of apologizing, she argued with us before finally seating us at some random table.

From there, things only went downhill. Our server never checked on us once — not to ask how the food was, not to see if we needed anything. Meanwhile, he was very attentive to the table beside us but acted as if we didn’t exist. He dropped the food off and vanished for the rest of the night.

The food was fine at best, but certainly not worth the $175 bill. For that price, you’d expect at least basic courtesy and service — not to be ignored and treated like an inconvenience.

Judging by how the owner responds to other negative reviews (always blaming the customer and never taking accountability), it’s clear this attitude starts at the top. Thank you for making it easy to decide which businesses to support and which to skip. There are plenty of restaurants in this city that actually value their customers and provide great service — this is definitely not one of them.

We won’t be returning, and we definitely won’t be recommending this place to anyone.

The food was good service was good but I do not appreciate the tip being added to the invoice. I do not think it should be dictated that you have to tip 20 percent. I probably would have any way but should have the choice. Therefore I will not dine at this restaurant again.

Great Prime Rib and a Truly Great Wine with it a 2010 Sassicia Awesome! It was definitely one of the better Sassicia's I have Had lately but I have been Drinking them since they were 80$s a bottle and Tiganello's were 40$. I can remember when Sassicia's weren't like by some(traditionalists) because they were made in the New style.

Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was extremely negative. The food was disappointing – the meat was served raw, which is absolutely unacceptable. When I pointed this out, the staff reacted with complete indifference and showed no willingness to fix the situation. I would also like to mention the employee Elena – instead of politely resolving the issue, she was openly rude to the guests. The service is terrible, and the atmosphere was completely ruined. I absolutely do not recommend this place

Used to frequent Golf more than 30 years ago and it still is great. Food was excellent, service was great. Atmosphere good, a bit dated now. Highly recommend going there fir a good meal.

A Ukrainian employee, a waitress or cook, wrote offensive words on the hood and trunk of my wife's car. Even though your employee doesn't know my wife, this is incredibly disrespectful. Is this normal behavior for your employees?

I was shocked that there was an upcharge for the choice of baked potato. What an insult considering their prices! Then when my birthday dessert arrived I was disappointed that half of it was a single, store bought two-bite brownie. Really?? You’re kidding! No it was no joke.

The flavour of the clamp chowder was off. The peppercorn sauce for the steak has changed and was very disappointing. And the quality of the steak was not great. Golfs was always our place to go for a great steak dinner but it is doubtful that we will return. For the price, it was mediocre at best.
