Used to be good but now just bunch of slacking employees that are too busy talking to each other. Came at 8:35 pm to order bubble tea and waffle for my 3 year old. We were told that the "waffle machine" closes at 8:30pm, while we were standing right there. Very unprofessional behavior. What kind of a store has a single machine closed early and if it is so why isnt it mentioned on the website or google page. Rochdale location employees are much better and professional. Not recommended unless you like to get bad service. Go to Rochdale location. Night and Day difference.

Cute little place to spent some good tea time (or you can Boba-drink time) with your friends. However the taste of drink is always different which could be a good and bad thing at a same time. Overall the place is cute but need a little bit of cleaning. The staff is sweet however a little frustration can be seen on their faces when we take a little longer to decide what to order.??♀️

I’m a regular customer at this location and usually my experience with the staff is normal. However, my most recent visit to the store left me feeling disappointed. The woman with short hair taking my order kept rushing me, and didn’t give me time to say my whole order. Considering this location was not busy at the time I came in, I didn’t expect to leave with an uncomfortable feeling.

Many choices for teas and non-caffeine drinks!My fav drink is mango pearl latte and my little bro's fav is brown sugar latte with pudding! But the sugar level is fixed for both drinks. The staffs told me no extra sugar syrup is added for some beverages.For non-caffeine choices, I recommend brown sugar latte, milk foam winter melon, honeydew milk tea, strawberry coconut, and strawberry taro. Most of the toppings are caffeine free.And the staffs are nice, easy to communicate! Just make sure to double check your order before the payment. Sometimes they make mistakes but would like to make little adjustments on my orders. Tea was watered down and I didn't taste the tea flavor at all. Oolong milk tea tasted like water with milk. Whenever I ordered iced milk tea with less ice, they usually added more water to the drink, adding water is fine, but adding toooooo much water just ruined my $7 drink.

I go there today. I order a strawberry messy drink, the employee take my order in the worst attitude and when i got the drink, it taste so bad (I drink this before in the same place but it tasted diffrent)

Every time my drink is inconsistent. The last drink I asked for extra pearls, paid for them and they didn't add them. I purchased another drink today and asked for extra pearls which they didn't add or charge me for so I went back in, paid for them and asked then to add them and they dumped some of the drink to add pearls but dumped too much and then added ice so now my drink just tastes like someone steeped a tea bag for 30 seconds. Zero flavour.This is always happening and given these drinks are $8/each, I expect them to at least be made correctly.I always let it go but I'm so tired of being disappointed.Also... could they wipe down a chair every once in a while? Looks like a daycare full of dirty toddlers eats every meal there and no one cleans up.

To start, I’ve never been a fan of bbt due to the pearls not being fresh. So, when I was asked to come try them out with a friend. I was amazed! It’s so fresh it’s crazy! You can taste the difference! I’ve had the chance to try many of there top bbt’s now and haven’t found one that I’m disappointed with! Not only is the teas fantastic but they have Amazing customer service! There menus are straight forward and the staff is Highly knowledgeable and explain things perfectly on 2J and 3J as I had the pleasure of watching them do so. The whole café is clean and has a great environment! I highly recommend giving them a try and enjoy the best tasting boba tea I’ve found ReginaVegetarian options: Many drinks are vegetarian and I believe they also have some vegan options but I’m not sure how many off hand.Parking: Spots right out front, with a parking lot right across the street, and one more beside their building. Very convenient!Dietary restrictions: They understand gf and helped navigate the menu to ensure my friend would be okay to order there!
