There’s always an issue with DoorDash with this location. I ordered a vegetarian option and was given the wrong item containing bacon. Also, mind you the inconvenience of having paid for selected items to get a notification of a refund on items purchased post-confirmation. A waste of time and money for a menu that is considered enticing. Recommend going in store if anything lol.

The service so poor. I wud never recommend anyone. Once I went there for a burger, which tasted not good and asked for napkin and the sales person told me the napkins are expensive so they give only one napkin. what!!!!!! Another day I went there and bought a simply apple 340ml juice which cost me $4.66. What!! I could buy 1.5L juice for that money. They said the reason for that is because they are in that building which didn't seem to be ethical business practice to me.

I ordered a drink and asked if I can have this drink without ice. The lady there said yes and nothing else. Later, what I received was only half cup of beverage. The reason is since the other half is the ice, so this is what I ordered …. Ok, that’s alright, that’s what I ‘asked’. So I asked again, if they could fill the cup with water? The lady opened her fridge, poured in some water from a almost finished bottle and don’t even bother to open another bottle to fill my cup (it only got like 3/4)…The most regret part was I even included tips when I made the payment.

Downtown on a Wednesday afternoon and gave Good Earth a try. Will never return. The server seemed disinterested in working. Then when I had an iced chai latte it tasted mostly like milk. In fact, it was almost completely white. There was no chai or spice flavour at all. If I wanted a glass of milk, which i never would, I would have bought an entire 4 litre jug of milk for less money than I paid for the lousy "iced chai latte" aka cup of milk.

Today I was there.The chicken salad was given to me without any sauces. When I opened it I was wandering why. But sales person just told 'sorry, we don't have any'. So I ate just raw weeds with meat instead of salad. Very disappointed such poor service in downtown. Won't recommend this place.

My favourite thing about this location is their friendly staff who always make me feel welcome with their smiles on their faces. They pretty much know my order this point, and their service is always prompt. I appreciate the nondairy options for their milk, and the loyalty program is a good bonus, as well.
