If there were 0 stars, it would be. Won't even answer calls. How to be a functioning business should be their first step, before trying to cook food.

LATE REVIEW!!!!
I came to dine in months ago, and put off making this review…but thinking back, they have serious food safe issues and I do not recommend anyone coming here. I’m so glad me and my husband didn’t bring the kids because we had severe food poisoning after for a week. The service was also the worst that I’ve ever received while dining in a restaurant, it was so astonishing as a service industry worker myself. The worker was extremely rude and terrible service. Highly do not recommend, you’re better off spending your money elsewhere.

Love the chow mein and lemon chicken, but everything I've tried has been excellent!
I’m from out of town and was trying to place an order for a group and I was told to pay up front before he can take my order. It’s unfortunate to know this type of service is out there when the reviews for the food were good. Unfortunately, due to the lack of professionalism and label of others not picking up their food. We just removed our order. A huge loss on a group of 8 order.
Best Chinese food I have had in the province.

Hands down the best Chinese food I’ve ever had. The quality of the ingredients and passion for the dish is experienced in every bite. Don’t sleep on the chicken balls! Order extra! Also the best customer experience, it’s so nice to have people that care about making their customers happy!

We ask each other where to go? Good Fortune Kitchen. We ordered Hong Kong signature beef stir fried flat noodles. ( Kon Char) We asked to replace beef with Shirmp and second dish was to surprise us. Shortly after we were served seafood noodles and a non meat hot pot dish (lots of tofu glass noodles). A wonderful surprise withfull of flavour. Both of us were surprised with the creative dish. He has not failed us with his passionate culinary skill. Whenever I'm hosting people. People say best authentic Chinese cuisine. He is cooking that takes pride in his work. On behalf of Elaine.
Go and check it out.

Curry beef was rich and tender with tasty tendon pieces. Char siu was smoky and juicy. Solid portions and fresh food—worth coming back.
★★★★★ Amazing Flavour & Generous Portions!
Good Fortune Kitchen never disappoints! The curry chicken was rich and fragrant, the tofu with pork belly had the perfect balance of textures, and the sweet and sour pork was crispy, tangy, and packed with juicy pineapple. Everything was fresh, well-seasoned, and portioned generously. Highly recommend for authentic and delicious Chinese food in Regina!

I noticed that many comments have praised the achievements of the chef. However, based on my personal experience yesterday, I can say that the restaurant might have some safety issues, and the chef may have some racist tendencies. He was extremely rude and refused to communicate with us after we found the tag stickers inside the dish. We wanted to have a constructive conversation with him to resolve the issue and were hoping for a proper response. Instead, he shouted that he would call the police, ran to the kitchen, and left us standing at the front desk. It was clear that he showed no respect for his customers.
Furthermore, from the reply of your manager, I can tell that the chef did not tell the truth, as he completely refused to communicate with us. I believe that if someone in the service industry fails to show even the most basic level of respect, no matter how delicious their food is or how many achievements they have, they won’t attract more customers—unless they hold specific racist attitudes toward Chinese customers and choose to treat them rudely.
Lastly, my friends and I felt deeply upset by what happened yesterday, as well as by the manager’s response to our review on Google Maps. This experience has caused us significant emotional distress and has left us feeling hurt.

First quality food and top-notch service. Food is appealing, healthy, ungreasy and tasty. The chef has once earned a cooking competition award in Hong Kong, and the restaurant has been reported as one of the most welcome in Saskatchewan with their authentic Asian food and honest sincere service.
