We waiting an hour for our order. We had to ask several times for it. A lot of our order never arrived at our table. I've been here before and had better service before. Today was absolutely terrible.

Very rude, 2 of us went for all you can eat sushi one evening but there was hardly any sushi on the track. We sat nibbling on things slow waiting for some new stuff to come along but Before anything new came out a server came by and took our plates cutlery without saying anything. We were so confused and offended that we just paid a left. It cost the two of us 73.24 to sit nibbling on mostly fresh fruit for an hour while waiting for sushi only to apparently get kicked out without explanation

Cold food, especially miso soup...weak, watery. sake was luke warm and almost devoid of alcohol. It had obviously been in its serving container in the warmer for hours, evapourating... positive side...asked for fresh sake, freshly warmed. Staff admited promptly my assertion about hours sitting in a warmer and brought fresh sake, freshly warmed, but miso soup was refunded... they tried to make the miso hot, but then it was obvious...no actual miso...may 1/4 tsp per serving...i.e. very watery...
ALL said...clams were great! Tuna was good. Sushi Rolls a little below average... but sake and miso terrible

I love the little conveyor belt that brings the sushi around. The tempura you can order on the iPad is terrific too. Such a fun place, and the rolls are really delicious.

It is good food, but they upped the prices and I dont know if it is really worth it anymore. The last time I was there they did not have a lot of selections and the service was poor. Could have been an off day, but I dont think ill be going back.

I ordered 6 sushi rolls yesterday, but only received 4. Additionally, the packaging was poor, causing the sushi to become smashed and making it impossible to pick up with chopsticks. Very disappointing experience, especially considering the quality I was expecting. I hope they improve on both their delivery and packaging.

We've been here for the lunch buffet twice and have had a great experience both times. The buffet offers a good variety of tasty food and the staff is very helpful. The sushi conveyor is fun and great for a lunch date.
Very polite and respectful on the phone! Can honestly say this is THE BEST sushi we've had! We've gone to many places in Edmonton and Calgary and this absolutely blows them all away!
