First time in Regina. Drove 9.5 hours to surprise a friend for her 50th birthday. Waited about 10 mins before our server came and asked "oh did you want to order drinks" finally got our drinks and given a menu. Ordered a 8" pepperoni and bacon pizza, my order came pretty quick but maybe to quick. Took a bite the center was cold and the bottom was water soaked even the plate had a reddish looking water on it as if the pizza was thrown in the microwave to reheat from frozen.
