a friend said there food was good to try it. well i am disappointed got ribs and fries.ribs were gross. bf got a lasagna it was cold and gross. my son burger was burnt around the edges and he poutine was gross. the girls said there pizza was ok. not worth driving 2 half hrs. yes we had soemething else to do in regina but we wanted to try something different. needless to say we will not be back. server was good but food not worth 100 bucks.

We were meeting friends at Houston and got the wrong location ( from out of town ) went into the one on Quance and it was packed. Re routed to the one on Albert and there were only our friends and one other couple. I will tell you why.
We have only ate at the one in Moose Jaw. This one seems like a location that would be a pick up one only. No atmosphere whatsoever. Narrow claustrophobic location, with no real seating for more than 4 comfortably.
The pizza was great, zero problems there. Also, nice craft beer , but no real indication they had anything but pop, tea/ coffee and one beer. No Schooners like MJ .
Chicken wings were a total rip off. 9 little budgie wings. They throw on a piece of dry garlic bread to make it look bigger I guess. We asked if the Greek wings were dry or wet ( aka dry Greek spice rub or a squirt of sauce ) our server said ā mostly ā , so salt and pepper it was.
A previous customer had pointed out someone had spilt the equivalent of at least one cup of water on the floor in a main walkway. In over an hr of being in there , nobody cleaned it up. Literally, 4 times it was pointed out and nobody cleaned it up. I guess at the age of the server / employees they didnāt realize their employer could be sued if someone fell in this neglect. I put a napkin on it about the 45 minute mark to make it more noticeable and employees just walked around it.
Really strange vibe in here, not great energy. Will pick a different location for dine in next time.

Terrible service and attitude from our waitress and the manager was even worse - Food was decent, but I will never go back to the Albert St location - I've never had a problem at any other Houston Pizza location, so clearly (looking at all the terrible reviews this location has received in the last year) it's a reoccuring issue being caused by bad staff and terrible management.

Well, where do I begin Ordered for pickup Told the price, told 20-25 min Left my house after 20 min, drove there....had to pay and wait.....another 20 min. Then suggested to manager about telling actual time of being ready, and she told me she doesn't need my advice....I said pardon! Full of excuses....no apologies....and when I got home.....the All Dressed pizza looked no more than a 4 topping pizza. So thin and horrible.....certainly not like it used to be. I am old enough to remember ordering when Houston had one location on Hill Ave. The best pizza anywhere.....not from this location, that's for sure. Definitely don't recommend this place.

Dont eat here!!! I ordered an appetizer from here yesterday evening and as I was eating it I noticed something seemed slightly off about the taste. I woke up very early this morning and I am so nauseous and my stomach feels like it is in knots!!! I am having other severe symptoms which I am not going to go into detail, just be assured its VERY BAD! I have made so many trips to the bathroom there is blood too!! This has been going on for 6 hours and I am contemplating going to EMERGENCY, If I can manage to actually leave my bathroom with out being sick!!! I dont know what in the heck they are doing in the kitchen but CLEARLY something is gone horibly wrong! So thank you Houstons for the food poisoning, Ill NEVER be eating here in the future. I should add, it wasnt even worth it because the food I got had little to no flavor, straight down to the sauce! I should of not finished my food after I sensed a slight chemical aftertaste which was a big red flag for me. I told myself its just in my head, they wouldnt send bad food.. And the kitchen blatantly ignored a small request I made that wasnt even asking for much!! I will be reporting my food poisoning to the inspector because this is so so wrong!!

The person at the front desk seemed completely uninterested in helping customers and lacked even the basics of good serviceācold, unwelcoming, and unprofessional.
I waited 10ā15 minutes after paying, only to receive my food in a cardboard takeout box without even being asked if I was dining in or taking out. I had to eat from the box, which felt careless and disrespectful to the customer experience.
To make matters worse, I ordered a ginger ale and received a drink that tasted like sugar syrup mixed with water and iceādefinitely not what I expected.
Overall, it was a terrible experience and not somewhere I would ever recommend, especially on a Friday night. There are far better places in Regina where your time and money will be respected

We had a family of six visit on Easter Sunday. The restaurant wasn't very busy and we received excellent service. The portions were generous and the food was hot and delicious.
