Well, where do I begin
Ordered for pickup
Told the price, told 20-25 min
Left my house after 20 min, drove there....had to pay and wait.....another 20 min.
Then suggested to manager about telling actual time of being ready, and she told me she doesn't need my advice....I said pardon!
Full of excuses....no apologies....and when I got home.....the All Dressed pizza looked no more than a 4 topping pizza. So thin and horrible.....certainly not like it used to be.
I am old enough to remember ordering when Houston had one location on Hill Ave.
The best pizza anywhere.....not from this location, that's for sure.
Definitely don't recommend this place.
Dont eat here!!! I ordered an appetizer from here yesterday evening and as I was eating it I noticed something seemed slightly off about the taste. I woke up very early this morning and I am so nauseous and my stomach feels like it is in knots!!! I am having other severe symptoms which I am not going to go into detail, just be assured its VERY BAD! I have made so many trips to the bathroom there is blood too!! This has been going on for 6 hours and I am contemplating going to EMERGENCY, If I can manage to actually leave my bathroom with out being sick!!! I dont know what in the heck they are doing in the kitchen but CLEARLY something is gone horibly wrong! So thank you Houstons for the food poisoning, Ill NEVER be eating here in the future. I should add, it wasnt even worth it because the food I got had little to no flavor, straight down to the sauce! I should of not finished my food after I sensed a slight chemical aftertaste which was a big red flag for me. I told myself its just in my head, they wouldnt send bad food.. And the kitchen blatantly ignored a small request I made that wasnt even asking for much!! I will be reporting my food poisoning to the inspector because this is so so wrong!!
I ❤️ Eric
don’t spill the salt
I had a really disappointing experience at Houston Pizza on Albert Street this past Friday night. The customer service was shockingly poor. The person at the front desk seemed completely uninterested in helping customers and lacked even the basics of good service—cold, unwelcoming, and unprofessional.
I waited 10–15 minutes after paying, only to receive my food in a cardboard takeout box without even being asked if I was dining in or taking out. I had to eat from the box, which felt careless and disrespectful to the customer experience.
To make matters worse, I ordered a ginger ale and received a drink that tasted like sugar syrup mixed with water and ice—definitely not what I expected.
Overall, it was a terrible experience and not somewhere I would ever recommend, especially on a Friday night. There are far better places in Regina where your time and money will be respected
We had a family of six visit on Easter Sunday. The restaurant wasn't very busy and we received excellent service. The portions were generous and the food was hot and delicious.
Really great food
I've ordered from them 3 times & every time I've bin missing something don't get what I ordered or over charged ..very disappointed love the pizza though so I Back to domino's😮💨
Whenever I am in Regina I always visit here! Some of the best pizza around and they are not stingy with toppings!
Tonight I ordered an all dressed pizza which I’ve done on numerous occasions over the years and always enjoyed. It was so soggy that I couldn’t pick it up to eat it without it falling apart. I tried 2 different ways to rectify the issue but have come to the realization that a frying pan would have sufficed, not my pizza stone or airfryer. Now I have dishes to do. Isn’t one of the perks of ordering no dishes? Tonight I was not at all impressed.
I live a stones throw from Houston on Quance but orders come from Albert Street. Given tonight’s experience, I can’t recommend the pizza although I used to rave about it.
I live in Saskatoon since 2000. And every chance I get I try to get or get someone to bring me back a Houston pizza. I've enjoyed them for 35 plus years. A couple days ago my daughter brought me a pizza back from this location and most of it is still in my fridge soon to go into the garbage. Not sure who runs this location but you need to improve or lose the franchise. The owner should order a pizza from Norman view or Victoria east/hill Avenue and compare with yours. This place does not know how to make a Houston pizza from the dough / sauce / meat all below standard.

Good food
Cozy place to eat.
Service was good. The food was absolutely disgusting. Very greasy and horrible tasting. Do not recommend at all.
I order from this location occasionally but usually pick up it up. Tonight I ordered delivery and will never do it again. A sandwich and fries took an hour and a half to deliver. The fries and gravy were cold, the bread was wet and soggy. It came with a drink added that I didn't order but was charged for. All in all it was a really disappointing experience... not worth the price or the wait. The only positive thing I can say is that the young guy that works the front is always very nice in person and on the phone.
Not sure who owns now but serving sizes are definitley cut back significantly & not really worth the price or the wait. Poutine used to be filled up all the way now it barely feeds my 8 year old daughter! Also broccoli? In the freaking poutine. Probably aren't watching out for cross contamination at that rate.
