We had ordered from Houston Pizza last weekend using Door Dash. The pizza looked like it had been driven over by a forklift. Photos below are how Doordash deliver an order. I called the restaurant even though this was clearly a DoorDash issue. The phone was answered promptly and I was put through to a Manager. He explained that this was a DoorDash issue. I agreed, but explained I was hoping they would correct this issue, and that everything else had arrived and was being eaten, and was delicious. He agreed to make a new pizza if the driver could pick up the damaged item. The pizza was delivered, was, of course perfect. Driver was tipped. I want to express my gratitude to the Manager and his Team for correcting an issue that is clearly a DoorDash issue. Ordering for the family today watching Mens Curling Olympic Gold game. No more DoorDash. Ever. Ordering directly from Houston, tip their people, their staff. Grateful for the reminder. Appreciative of the great team at Houston Pizza. We are looking forward to lunch. No idea whats since happened to a classic Houston experience but the time before last was regrettable, and last night's experience is inexcusable. I'm not one to leave a poor review unless it's deserved and based merely on the lack of care - on top of the confirmed food poisoning - most assuredly will not be eating here nor recommending again. Please don't ask me to call you and discuss because when I called to express my serious concerns I was brushed off like literal nothing. Would rather you just keep the 1 star.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding our first visit to your Quance branch.
Upon arrival, one of your servers rudely informed us that we were not allowed to bring in coffee we had just purchased from Starbucks. There was no visible signage indicating that outside drinks were not permitted, and the manner in which this was communicated to us was unprofessional and unpleasant.
Additionally, the pizza served to us was cold. When we attempted to interact with the server, she appeared uninterested and unwilling to engage. This was particularly noticeable as she was actively chatting and being friendly with another table at the same time.
We were genuinely looking forward to dining at your restaurant, but this experience left us very disappointed. I hope you will look into this matter, as first impressions are important and this experience did not reflect well on your establishment.

Restaurant is not clean and mediocre/average food for high prices. Service is slow almost every time we visit. You can spend you money on better food elsewhere.

Our favorite location to come and eat, food is always great and the service is the best. But I find its always cold in restaurant, summer the ac its freezing and now winter twice we come this winter and cant take coats off cause feels chilly, turn up the heat 🙂

We ordered the souvlaki for 2. The portion size was a joke considering this was to be a meal for 2. Yes you got 4 sticks of souvlaki and 2 peices of garlic toast, but the Greek salad was like for a child size or an appetizer size for 1 person definitely not for 2, and the 2 tomato wedges you got were of poor quality. The lettuce was not fresh and crisp.We ordered rice instead of fries and if they considered this as a portion for 2 then the small container that was only 2/3 full would not feed 1 person instead of 2. This meal for 2 should be sold as a meal for 1 because the portion size you receive is truly a serving for one. Competition might be a few more dollars more but at least you actually get portions that are for 2 people. Definitely not worth ordering for the price you pay.
