Came at lunch time. No one was at the front, so we seated ourselves. We waited a long time before we saw a waitress and got menus. Once our food arrived, we never saw her again. The Caesar salad was terrible. The lettuce was clearly end of life, light green and full of brown spots and drenched in dressing.

Phoned in order. Picked up pizzas 30 minutes later. Free soft drinks included. Everybody loved the food. I highly recommend.

My online pizza order went to Argyle street location instead of McCarthy, even though I specifically chose McCarthy. The pizzas were not good, no sauce, over cooked. No where near as good as McCarthy Blvd location which is always excellent. So disappointing.

I ordered a lasagna from this houston’s as I haven’t had it in a while and was craving it! I ate about half and it was so great, until I found what looks like a moldy piece of lasagna (photo attached). I was so disgusted, I called the restaurant to see if I could get my money back (since it was fairly expensive) and I was told the manager would be in soon and I left my name and number. An hour went by and I had not received a phone call so I called again and was told the manager would be in around 10pm and she would call me then (this was around 9:30pm). 10pm came and went and I received no phone call still. It is now the next day and no contact has come from the restaurant. When met with a serious issue like moldy food, I expect a restaurant to take it seriously, not ignore the problem.

Had a reservation for 10 people even though the restaurant side is never busy.Service was poor as the server would never come around. We sat for 20 minutes with no drinks or refills.Ordered a french onion soup. Major disappointment. Not baked. No cheese on soup. Call it what it is. Onion soup with crutons. Ordered fettuccine alfredo with chicken and mushrooms. Got told there was not enough sauce for it. Kliens is on the corner. Go get some cream butter and flour. I know its not the bagged stuff but its a basic cooking product.Overall this is the worst Houton Pizza I have been to out of the franchise. I highly recommend taking the time to drive across the city to the south side and go to the one on Hill Avenue instead.

We order often from this location and it's great, when you can actually order. The online ordering times are seriously a joke but worst problem I'm having lately with them is they claim to be open until 2am (times that were just updated by them a week ago by the way) yet Wednesday I called at 12:15am no answer and just now Saturday night called at 1am no answer.If you don't want to deliver then fine but at least answer and say that since some people including myself always pick up.If it is only the bar that's open those hours they should state that because news flash, most people googling Houston Pizza are looking for food not a bar.So FRUSTRATING.

Well the food was good. The service was good, given we pre-ordered like a day before...lol. Now when we got our bills, we were in shock. Sorry we won't be back as we live in Alberta.

Came at lunch. Waited in the lounge for 10 mins before anyone came in to the lounge. Ordered 2 beer and 1 special of ribs and fries. My beer was cloudy and the food was cold. The woman was talking on the phone the whole time and didn't make eye contact or say anything. Food had no garnish just some fries laid flat on a plate and the little ribs. Terrible all around. Never would see anyone get away with that at Hill Ave location. And I see someone else had the exact same experience in the comments. Well the Franchise may have spoken to the owner but I can tell you it's stayed the same.?

Called and was asked if I could be put on hold. I said ok. They didn't put me on hold, they just put the phone down as I could hear them in the background. After 10 minutes no one picked up the phone and when I started asking if someone was there they just hung up on me without saying anything. So I called Pinocchio Pizza and got my order placed without issue in a minute or two. Better pizza there too, for a better price, order from them instead.

Always get my pizza from here and it's always been great except the last time I ordered the pizza crust was much thinner then normal and toppings seemed less not sure if that was a one off or if inflation has caught up with them and they are cutting back on ingredients? I will try again soon

What a ripoff this place is. (Houston pizza on Argyle in Regina). Just moved to the area. Drinks were reasonable and waitress was very good.Had a few drinks and dropped a thousand in the VLTs. Ordered a 10” pizza to go and asked for double cheese. They want $6.50 for double cheese on a 10” pizza. As a restaraunt owner who serves pizza, I know what an absolute ripoff this is.Obviously I cancelled the pizza, but also I will never come back. Despit the good service, there’s just too many good options to give my money to a company who wants to rip me off on something as basic as double cheese on a pizza.This place is a scam

I was there today at lunch and disappointed by the lack of attention and service.. I eat out for lunch everyday, I heard the bell in the kitchen three times over a 10 minute span Then my food came which was not hot at all , am assuming that bell was to pick up my food, so therefore food quality is poor! The server was on her cell phone the whole time I was there and not paying attention to the customer.. just as a side note I was there maybe 9 months ago same server same issues .. she actually was on the phone while dropping off food.. no customer interaction = no tip!Hope this reaches the right people who can correct this!
