A delightfully delicious gem of a place tucked away in the Northgate Mall! A great selection of items on the menu. The Special Vietmese Pho is outstanding with a side of greathot sauce. The breakfast was very tasty, perfectly done over easy eggs and crispy bacon. The owner also kindly brings your food to your table which is such a sweet touch as he is also taking orders and cooking!

Read the reviews. It was worth the trip.
Super fresh, hot and tasty. Not your average food court food.

Hung Kitchen is always a solid choice. The tonkotsu ramen was rich and satisfying, and the regular bubble tea was smooth and refreshing. Great food, chill vibe, and good prices.

I've never seen a food court take 45mins for a bowl. Awful service.
Top 3 Bún bò Huế in Regina! The portions are super generous, and their milk tea has that nostalgic old-school taste. Don’t let the fact that it’s in a food court fool you — it’s seriously good!

You can NEVER convince me of any other places that serve this type of authentic Viet dishes other than this place.

Fresh veggies, savory meat. The soup was also phenomenal. Overall well-positioned meal with lots of meat to veggie ratio. Vietnamese iced coffee and the milk tea were on the sweeter side but it was really good still.
Ordered S5: BBQ Fresh noodle and crispy wonton, R1: Grilled pork chop on rice

It was an alright experience, the owners being very kind while I ordered and offering substitutions in place of certain items I didn't want in my ramen, but I'm sorry to say that the ramen itself was atrocious - it tasted nothing like the kind I ordered (tonkotsu), and seemed to use curly noodles instead of the standard straight cut while also using dried chashu instead of fresh, melt in the mouth. It also was a very creamy style broth, which was really a surprise because tonkotsu just isn't supposed to have that colour or flavour, and it seemed more reminiscent of a cream of blank (maybe broccoli?) soup. I've heard the other dishes are good, so maybe I'll go back to try some of those, but in the meantime I'll go elsewhere for my noodle fix.

Don't let the fact that Hung Kitchen is in a food court scare you off. It's good, very good. This is easily some of the most flavourful pho in the city. I'll definitely be back to try more.

Super-excellent! 6 stars!
Super-delicious!!! The dish was full in plates!!! The ingredients were given more than every dollar worthed!!!
Cashier recommended RC4 Steam rice with ginger beef, spring rolls and wonton soup. Also, ordered was NSA2 Tossed salad with ranch sauce. Chef was flexible for diet needs. The last staff provided post-sales service goldilocked to the specific requests. Keep it up!!! Regina's must-visit food store.
