I recently tried the dinner buffet at India Palace in Regina. Overall, the food was decently tasty, and I’d rate the flavour around 7.5/10. A few dishes stood out, but the buffet wasn’t anything extraordinary.
The service was okay—nothing special, but nothing negative either.
One thing I did notice was the limited variety for vegetarians. There were noticeably more non-vegetarian options compared to vegetarian choices, which might be disappointing for people who prefer or need veg dishes. Also, the buffet only included naan, and there weren’t any other breads like roti or tandoori roti offered.
India Palace is still a decent option if you’re craving Indian food, but a bit more variety—especially for vegetarians—and a few improvements to the buffet could make the experience even better.

The worst experience I’ve ever had with Indian food in Regina. We went in to try their buffet, which turned out to be a huge mistake. The selection was very limited, and most of the dishes seemed stale or at least not freshly made. Apart from the chicken drumsticks, nothing was even close to decent — most items tasted either overly sweet or just tasted weird. Extremely disappointing and would never recommend this place to anyone.

We went for the try to buffet today, manager working over there was so rude, and they denied buffet saying this is closed at 2.00 and we are there at 02.04. They seemed very reluctant and unpleasant. Will not recommend at all.

I have visited this restaurant twice, and both times I noticed bugs flying over the food. During my last visit, one staff member was rude and unprofessional, which led me to feel that she was not taking her job seriously. If you don’t want to do your job, then why bother? Customers shouldn’t have to deal with your problems. I will not be returning to this restaurant ever again.
Jay is so good. We have dine in here. I like his customer service. Behave so well. No words for him.Just awesome

We went to the buffet and there was a little bit of food left over and they started saying that we will have to pay extra and bad customer service the lady was so rude very rude place and there once was a time when we asked for no spice on the chicken and it was so spicy. Next time there is leftovers we will put the leftover food back in its place😂😂 like what do they expect us to do 😂
