Staff was not horrible. However as we sat down with our big group were informed by a waitress that there were cockroaches in the salad within the kitchen. Then we found bugs crawling out of the napkins on our table. The tables were dirty upon us being seated. The pop tasted like mop water. I ordered a pulled pork poutine and the first few bites weren't horrible then it tasted sour. I stopped eating immediately and have been having stomach issues since.

Even though we were the only people in the restaurant.We waited 45 minutes for two club sandwiches. Fries were cold. Everything felt dirty . We have had many celebration And birthday suppers there through the years.but this past year its lost its level of service and food. I'm sorry to say.We won't be back again.

WORST food we ever had. Dishes were dirty. Our napkins were dirty. Waited over 40 minutes for a toasted sandwich with fries and gravy. Not sure what the gravy was but it wasn't gravy. Couldn't bite through the bacon or even cut it with a knife it was so hard. Taste was gross. Even my coffee was dirty inside. Never going back there again. Went down hill since last owners left.

We ordered off the menu, which usually was ok but not this time.My order was was prepared wrong and instead of them correcting my burger that was supposed to be made without BBQ sauce, they added ketchup over it and called it good. The fries were cold and my wifes glass of water was served in a dirty glass with floaties in it. They did not accommodate their mistakes and charged us the full price. The women's bathroom was disgusting and they had no TP or hand soap . We will not return. Someone needs to contact the health authorities to reexamine the facilities and their serving license.

Horrible service.. great food and drinks and pool tables but the service sucks took them 45 mins to even notice I was there and then I had to go and it took them like 10 min to realize how to do my receipt so I could pay and leave!!!!

We went for lunch and it was empty which should have tipped us off. The place smelled like stale greasy food and by the time our food arrived I was already feeling queasy. The pop was flat, the plates were dirty and the eggs benny looked disgusting. We didn’t even eat we just told the server about everything and left. We didn’t want food poisoning!

On the louder side, if you have anxiety maybe don't. HOWEVER their food is absolutely AMAZING. Well worth the take out, and well worth the money. Comfy seating and the waitress was super friendly.

We only come here to have a few drinks and play pool for an hour or two over the past few years. It used to be a good place with cold fizzy beer but since the new owners the draught is flat and not very cold so we now buy cans which are also not very cold. They need to turn the temperature down on their fridge and clean their beer pipes and crank the cooler. Cant take it there anymore and the new barman...he is clueless. Hire some staff with experience and you will get your customer back.
