It's always busy whenever we come here and the last time we were here, the manager didn't care when I asked whether they handed out my mobile order already since it wasn't ready when I came at the pick up time. It was 30mins past the pick up time already and they didn't care to tell me that I have to wait a little longer. Instead they just ignored me at the counter.

Loud, they have a karaoke machine or something playing terrible music, and really really loud.When I ordered, I had to repeat my self several times as I was asked again and again. I clearly stated what I want in my initial order. Yet I was still asked duplicating questions. Then when I received my simple order, it was not complete,what I asked for.The chicken, I was the most excited for, a complete let down. The batter was disgusting, it looked nothing like the pictures, it was, I’m not sure how to describe it, but I commonly see this when the fryer oil isn’t changed properly or often enough. It’s was gross. The spaghetti, clearly had sugar added to the sauce, ??? I guess this is how you create cravings of something terrible, add sugar. ?Oh I should add there was a fishy smell to the fried chicken.I’ll give hem a second chance at a later time, but I am skeptical.

Food is good. Some staffs are rude. Not even one apology after mistakeS. Made the atmosphere bad.I understand the hardwork of staffs and everyone and that not all staffs are rude but this happened twice after going there thrice.
The food was pricey, but the chicken was moist and glistening inside, with a nicely spiced crispy coating. Fries were hot and crisp, and the gravy was very tasty. Their burgers are incredibly moist, fresh, and juicy.Service was above average for a fast food place.
