Terrible all around. Had to wait for someone to come to counter to order. 2 out of 4 of our orders were wrong and waited quite some time to get it fixed. The food was not as advertised as it seemed it was just thrown together quickly and wrap for the twister was dried out.

I order from here more often than I should. I like to use the online order app. They never have my order ready when I get there and there is usually always something wrong with my order which is to expected with any fast food chain. I love KFC and crave it sometimes but rarely satisfied. This place has no consistency so it’s ether good and fresh or it’s not. I like my chicken nicely seasoned but it’s often not. Love it fresh and seasoned but sometimes the chicken is really greasy or hard as a rock like it’s sat way too long. But my biggest peeve is they never give me the extra sauces I pay extra for and if I get any sauce it’s not even the bbq I asked for.

The worst place to spend money on. I have always had bad customer service in this KFC. I ordered twister and it was very cold. Upon asking to make it warm they microwaved the sandwich and it was ruined the sandwich was soggy and i asked when did they make it the server started arguing that its always like this although i have had twisters before from other locations. This particular place always lacked customers service. Dont order from here if you want a good service or meal.

Went in with a Gift card from Christmas. Apparently they don’t take gift cards at this location. Would’ve been nice to know before driving all the way out here. The lady at the counter was questioning where I got it. It was a gift, do you have a problem with that ???? Waste of time and money.

The guy at the front of the store who takes orders offered discount on the KFC food order in return for a five star review for his personal movers company in Regina. He shouldn't be doing that but selling KFC products at this store instead of promoting his alternate job by offering discount on food orders. People like him ruin the culture of service industry.

It obviously no one cares about the service or food here. I got some take out for my 11 yr old son and they gave a box of nasty greasy uncooked chicken and put the grave stuffed into the box which of course opened all over and ended up spilling hot on him. When you try to speak to someone here you get attitude back like I did something wrong for bringing their mistake to their attention. Just another franchise getting ran I to the ground, no such thing as good customer service anymore. Rant over.....lol

Me and my friend had a spare in our class so we decided to take a trip to KFC. When we got here, live atmosphere, great music playing, workers chatting in the background, felt like an authentic KFC advertisement. We ordered our food and it came very quickly, and the food was amazing. Great seasoning and the corn was delicious. Thank you!
