It obviously no one cares about the service or food here. I got some take out for my 11 yr old son and they gave a box of nasty greasy uncooked chicken and put the grave stuffed into the box which of course opened all over and ended up spilling hot on him. When you try to speak to someone here you get attitude back like I did something wrong for bringing their mistake to their attention. Just another franchise getting ran I to the ground, no such thing as good customer service anymore. Rant over.....lol

Me and my friend had a spare in our class so we decided to take a trip to KFC. When we got here, live atmosphere, great music playing, workers chatting in the background, felt like an authentic KFC advertisement. We ordered our food and it came very quickly, and the food was amazing. Great seasoning and the corn was delicious. Thank you!

The drive through is awful, totally understand the traffic drowning out your voice while ordering, but the staff overreact when you raise your voice to be heard over the traffic on Albert street. Which creates too much miscommunication, that results in my order getting wrong and I always have to go inside to pay for the items they missed. The self ordering kiosks are filthy to the touch, literally. And apparently they were out of order at the time I attempted to use one. There should have been signage indicating the kiosks were down. Overall, this is a KFC location I will be avoiding.

They've really gone downhill. Even just a couple months ago, the service and food was passable, but these days you get rubbery, overcooked and old chicken alongside counter attendants who would rather you just leave than make an order.
Ordered 2 spicy Slider, 09/26/25 3:13pm. Got home and they were original. Called, the lady at the drive thru said “not my problem” and that there was nothing they could do about it. Sick of this treatment every time I go to that location. Supervisor was just as rude.

I did mobile order, and it wasn't ready when I showed up. They serviced walk in customers before me, although I ordered 15 minutes earlier. If the drive thru is busy, you are the lowest priority. I experienced this more than once, so it's definitely a policy there.

Always check before you leave when you buy take out food from this store. I've had it happen to me twice now where I ordered 4 pieces of original chicken and was only given 3. I suspect their math teacher died young so no one taught them to count. Don't bother complaining, no one cares.

Fries were fresh, but nothing else was. 15 minute wait for chicken tenders, not sure why thats the case at 9pm when the store advertised open until 11:30pm. Its not like chicken tenders should be a speciality item this is literally Kentucky Fried CHICKEN. Staff were low effort. Its already hard to WANT, KFC. Experiences such as this just signify where this chain is headed, Popeyes incoming.
