Had a great dine-in experience at KFC today. The food was fresh, hot, and just the way you expect from KFC, but what really stood out was the service. The manager was incredibly welcoming, checked on our table personally, and made sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to see that level of care and attention, Will definitely be coming back!

I accidentally ordered from this location on door dash for pickup, usually order from Rochdale location and it has always been decent. The chicken was cooked well, skin was very greasy and soggy though. Usually at other KFC’s the skin is still crispy. I feel like the fries have changed, bland and tasteless. Gravy tasted watered down? Or just lack of flavour? Wouldn’t order from here again.

The SLOWEST SERVICE EVER. I was the ONLY customer, THE ONLY CUSTOMER. And they took 25 minutes to make my order. Theyd get more work done if they stop chatting with each other and start cooking.
I ordered 20 hot wings and a large fries and gravy. Paid for it, and had to wait 15mins for it. When I got home there were only 10 wings. I rushed back and they were closed. This is the third time I’ve been screwed over by this location. DON’T GO there if you want good customer service. But, please DO GO there if you like getting screwed…

i order in doordash for 2 box of 6pcs chicken and 2pcs regular gravy. But it came 1 box of 6 pcs of chicken. You charge me $77 for the whole order. I called your hotline many times for the refund, but no one is answering. Poor customer service at it's best
