Gravy was cold and gritty. Fries were cold. The drink smelled like actual septic juice, either the machine is never cleaned or the guy never washes his hands. My cup smells like excrement. Everything here is cold and gross. My hands stink now after touching that cup. 🤢 🤮 will be calling the health inspector on Monday. This is just sick.

Ordered the $35 family weekend special and the 14.99 onion rings, which were almost burnt, could hardly chew them. Almost like they were cooked hours prior then put back in the oil to reheat, will never order here again!!! Ordered at 4:30 for pickup at 5:15, got there and still had to wait until 5:25. Ridiculous. Also the hot wings were cold and crunchy.

I can’t eat chicken without gravy. I ordered through the window and made it clear I need 2 gravy, the guy understood and suggested that he would give me gravy instead of drinks. I paid and he handed me my order I drove home and found No gravy neither drinks! I can’t drive 15 mins back for my gravy 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 I think he did it purposely. Its thief. The chicken is hot from the outside and cold from the inside

Not a bad place but the location sucks, one way in and only way out is to the road facing the wrong way. It need not to have the drive through entrance from the other block not to be a one way only. I still use it to get out of there so I can be facing the direction that I want to go.

Got an 18 piece meal. 74 bucks. Meat was dropping in grease and 2 tablespoons of grease in the bottom of the bucket. Figured we try the corn. Spit out on first taste. Disgusting. Don't know what kind of black greasy crap they put in it, but no one wanted it.. Fries were cold. My son had the worst bday supper ever.

The place was Disgustingly dirty not a clean table in the place. No employees present had to call out to get an employee to get service. Tried ordering on the app which was a total waste of time. Make your app more user friendly. ended up deleting and uninstalling your app. As I will not even attempt to use it again.

Fries are ice cold. Taste like they have been sitting for a few hrs gravy is barly warm. Popcorn chicken taste old too. Like come on

Ordered a 12 piece bucket and large fries, got the two individual gravy plus ordered a large gravy. Asked for 2 pieces of breast meat, didn't get any. The chicken was under cooked. Do not recommend this location to anyone. It would be minus stars if that was available. $46.00 wasted. Lid on fries wasn't closed, lady filling the order in the back was ignorant, not going to this location ever again. Too many issues with the orders but always have the time to stand and chat. Had to wait and we were the only customers there.

Had a great dine-in experience at KFC today. The food was fresh, hot, and just the way you expect from KFC, but what really stood out was the service. The manager was incredibly welcoming, checked on our table personally, and made sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to see that level of care and attention, Will definitely be coming back!
