This time paid for extra white and no white meat except for wings and also no coke that was to be included with the meal. Terrible on line ordering!! This location has gone downhill!!!

This place is never open according to the hours, was closed half hour early, food is good, there new macaroni salad is garbage, bring back the macaroni and cheese, this new stuff is just boiled noodles…. Other issues is more higher up, bring back the double down and house fries!

Got a skip the dishes order Big Crunch sandwich, I can confirm they use real chicken for their sandwiches. Sadly I know this because my sandwich was raw. Called the KFC location and was told well mam we cooked it for 10 minutes. Hmmm not a chance it was cooked for 10 minutes !

Been here a few times (closest kfc to my house) and everytime I come, I have to wait for my food to be made and it’s between the time of 5-7pm I’m sorry but that’s supper time they should have chicken on the fly it’s fast food not a restaurant, and when I wait I don’t get asked if I want a drink or anything while I wait. customer satisfaction is not here! I ordered two chicken breast small fries and gravy only got one chicken breast and a rib soo I called back the next day and they tried to tell me that I got two chicken breast sooo I had toke a picture and they had nothing to say but were only gonna give me one chicken breast, I’m sorry but that’s really wasting my time I should get the hole meal for free that’s customer satisfaction! Won’t be going back here probably the worst kfc in Regina

I have delt with this kfc for a long and since there has been total change of staffing there the food and service is in the toilet! I have been hung up on, talked to rudely. My orders are never totally filled, I’ve ordered small fries, never get them, ordered dark meat in a dinner and it’s been white meat, this last order was a festive sandwich nothing else and small gravy. The chicken hardly filled the bun was so dry it was hard to chew, never got gravy and could hardly see stuffing and there was some red but nothing resembling cranberry sauce. Anyone I talkto have had multiple problems at that location and have said they won’t be back. One time I was waiting for a family bucket, was watching the fella filling an order, he dropped a piece bent and picked it up and put in the order. Guess I’ll have to go to Mary Browns they have great chicken so far.
Tried to order delivery and they took my money and never showed up. When I tried to call, it rung dozens of times then hung up on me. I tried calling 6 times with the same result. Can’t cancel so they stole my money. I sent in a complaint online and got free popcorn chicken for my trouble. Wow, what a ripoff. If you want your money stolen, order from KFC.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I have been immensely disappointed so many times, trying to give this location a chance. The staff are ALWAYS really slow, rude and give an awful experience. The food is Always bad, and you rarely get what you ordered... they really seem to just not care at this location. It will be my last visit.

Ordered a 12 piece bucket and 6 pieces were drumsticks and 3 pieces were wings. They claimed they told me that it would be like that, but they didn't otherwise I wouldn't have ordered. Then they called me a liar and told me that there was only 3 drumsticks. Then they hung up on me.
