Ordered through the app, the app said it was ready. I had to wait 15 mins when I got there for fresh onion rings and they were cold and other items were stale when I got home.

They literally steal from you. They easily bring you lots of justifications. Be careful and before ordering, call and ask about every single detail of your order. You might have ordered something and they give you another thing. Then they say "if unhappy, go complain". Later they never accept their mistake and treat you very unpolitely. Not sure about other branches but this branch, is TERRIBLE.

South Albert branch: We bought bucket of extra crispy but so disappointed of the quality of the chicken. It looks like it was heated several times. It was so dark and hard. So oily and not fresh. When I phoned them. At first, they said to bring back the chicken.. but why to serve those to another customer? I disagreed with bringing it back. It was a waste of time and gas to go back. They should have given the good ones in the first place. They offered another bucket. I didn't accept it as this is more than 5x we bought food in this location and chicken are not really good. This might be their normal.
Go to Popeyes! They will really give you extra crispy fresh chicken.

I had the worst experience imaginable at KFC. The parking lot was covered in snow and had very poor lighting, making it dangerous to walk. Because of their negligence, I slipped and fell right outside the restaurant, breaking my ankle and requiring emergency surgery. As a result, I am on bed rest for months, dealing with both physical and emotional pain. What’s even more upsetting is that KFC showed no empathy or concern. They claimed it was the Golden Mile Shopping Mall’s responsibility to clear the snow, refusing to take any accountability. It's hard to believe a large chain like KFC would be so indifferent, especially when the lack of proper maintenance put my and other customers health and safety at risk. I’m truly disappointed by how they handled this.

I went into the KFC on south Albert and ordered a 14 piece meal, after driving the hour trip home I looked in the bucket of chicken and it was mostly drum sticks, thighs and wings..I don't eat brown meat and looked fir a couple of chicken breasts and there was not a one..I phoned the south end KFC and they kept hanging up on me..The bottom of the bucket was so full of grease it made me I'll.. I don't recommend the South Albert Street KFC in Regina sk..

I went to the Albert south location. Had the worst experience ever! I ordered hot wings asked for lots of hot sauce did not get it. I ordered 2 chicken boxes they did not give me my 2 macaroni salads and they got the whole chicken box wrong. I also did not order a large gravy but they gave me one and charged me for it. I corrected them 5 times about my order. I called the location and the person who answered the phone told me it was my fault the order was confusing and that if i wanted the food they missed i had to drive back across the city to pick it up. I spent 88$ and my experience was so bad. BETTER yet my chicken was very pink and i threw away the whole 2 piece box. If i could i would give it a 0 star.

The service is cold and terrible. It's so weird to see a place that seems to dislike every customer that walks in.
Outside trash bins over flowing should of not enter. 3 piece dinner the leg and rib dry, thigh was greesly. Drink station was gross. What has happened to KFC. Save you money go somewhere else.

Never again in that place! I went to get food, ordered an 18 piece bucket and asked for extra chicken breast. I was told that this would take about 20 min, which i reluctantly agreed after spending almost $100. 15 min in, I was called to the front and I was denied the extra chicken breast. Manager said there is no more, front of the house said it will take 20 more minutes. The manager simply did not want to give me what I ordered. He simply did not care. Chicken was fresh which was good hence the 2 stars, fries were cold, sides were half full. Atmosphere had oxygen hence the one star and service was horrible.This was the 4th time this happened. I am never setting foot there again
