My experience with KFC has always been truly satisfying. And because of that, I visit KFC most times during lunch time. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and my order is always served hot and fresh. Overall, it has always been a pleasant and enjoyable visit that made me always want to return.

Do not go to this KFC unless you’re prepared to wait 25 mins to get a sandwich even though there was maybe 2 customers in the whole store who were already sitting down with their food. It was 7:30pm btw.
Ordered online, waited 10 mins until I got a message saying it was ready for pickup. Went in, and had to wait an extra 15 mins until I finally got my order even though it was apparently “ready for pickup”. No apology, no nothing.

I had ordered kfc 12-piece with large fries and gravy for $34.99 with a coupon. Also, 2 sliders for $5.99 with a coupon on separate order…..these comes in really small portions folks, so I only found out once I ordered….too bad the advertisement item looks big. The chicken taste great and food comes out hot and fast as they weren’t as busy. It would be better if they had napkins and condiments out to self serve. If I’m down in the south end, I would definitely come back.

Honestly I think this is the worst kfc in the city, came in at about 6:30pm on a Wednesday, waited in line with no one in front of me for will over 15 mins before anyone would come to the counter to actually serve me. Then when the food came out of the kitchen it was cold, I tried to complain but have up after another 15 mins of waiting the walking past me, looking at me from drive thru. And left. Very disappointed. When I say the best think about my meal was fountain drink. I'm not joking. If you want a good KFC go to get Rochdale one. It's worth the drive.

The store says its open for 24 hours but yet the operating hours are only till 12 AM. This is really misleading and misguiding for any of the customers.

They told our order was ready and we picked it up drove to our destination and half the order was missing we called the gentleman knew when we called he was very appagetic but that doesn't count for a another hour back very bad service on there part.
