We went at 5:15 to the drive-thru. We placed our order and we got to the window to pay. They said "it'll be 15 or 20 minutes as we have no chicken cooked". Seriously, it's supper time and you have no chicken cooked. We drove away.

Extremely upset with the 12 piece bucket of 5 Drumsticks, 1 Wing and 6 Thighs! Not 1 Breast piece! We don’t like Dark meat as it is, so this will be made into chicken salad sandwiches hidden in mayo and celery. I called the “Manager” Ramen(?) and she held steadfast that we had a standard 12 piece bucket of a 60/40 mix. The 6 thighs were considered large pieces of the ratio. I’ve been getting KFC since the 80s and I’ve never ever had such dissatisfaction. She said I was to tell them to put more white meat because I could have up to 7 pieces of white before they charge “extra” So I guess I might get 7 wings as she considers those white pieces? I’ve never had to say what I wanted. A good variety with 1 breast, because I get that good piece, and hubby will eat wings before a drumstick. I contacted KFC Canada because the kfclistens.ca address is no longer valid. I put this review. I received multiple phone calls at 10:45PM from "Balpreet" who was very upset with my review on Google. He didn't want this public. I am offered 4 pieces of white meat as concession. He says they were out of extra crispy breast pieces. He said white is considered wing or "ribs". I laugh at that, chicken Ribs? What cut is that, and it sounds pretty scarce of meat. I'm now questioning if the 6 "thighs" were maybe these ribs he spoke of. No coupon or way to prove this other than his word. He said to show up and just say my name and i will get this 4 piece. Could be 1 breast piece, and Ribs, thighs. So, this makes 1 white meat to me. So there is now a note with my name...sounds scary to me. Here's your chicken...coming up... ;) No thankyou. $38.84 with tax after coupon, for 12 piece bucket of beaks, uh i mean "chicken ribs", large fries and gravy. I did delete my comments about the atmosphere of something that I thought should have Health Inspector check it out.

Terrible experience, crew is a bunch of filipino teenagers who keeps mixing up orders with other costumers and doesn’t even apologize. Wait time is 30 minutes instead of 15 minutes they said from drive thru. Food was cold when given in the front ?

Father’s Day fiasco! Made the mistake of ordering through the drive through on FD. Was told there was a 15 minute wait for chicken. We agreed to wait in the parking lot with tons of others regretting that choice. Over an hour to get our food. People had ordered on line a day ahead and still waited as long. The seemed to serve skip the dishes orders first which was totally infuriating! They also continued to take other customers in the drive thru even though they were so backed up. Worst experience at any KFC EVER!!

I would like to compliment the staff at Rochdale KFC! They were run off their feet for Father’s Day! They were trying their best to keep people happy, which wasn’t easy! I felt very bad for them having to serve impatient customers. Everyone could see how hard they were working! To the manager: please thank your staff for their very hard work on Father’s Day! I think they did the best anyone could do under the circumstances. Thank you for a wonderful meal! ??

I usually get good food at this location but I was very dissatisfied with my food. Chicken was so dry and old it was inetable, the fries were as cold as ice. I asked for a small gravy to be added and it was half full, your charged for a container not something HALF FULL!!!!! POOR QUALITY FOOD. I won't go back.

Waited 20 min for our order and it wasn't a large order either. The counter person not once smiled with any customers nor acknowledged anyone. I attempted to say hello but she just looked at me like I was talking in a different language. The lettuce and mayo on my sandwich was very cheap, I've had a better sandwich at other locations and friendlier staff.

Well judging by the number of one star reviews regarding this KFC location, it is no wonder why we had the recent experience we had. We have been KFC customers for over 50 years and the thing that we truly enjoyed about KFC is the so called secret herbs & spices that has always made their chicken taste so good. Simply put no matter where in north America you ordered KFC, it always tasted good.We recently ordered a 10 piece bucket of chicken from the KFC Rochdale BLVD location for my wife and I and immediately after the first bite we noticed that something was wrong with this chicken as the skin had absolutely zero taste to it at all. It was just like eating chicken with no skin on it. We called and asked to speak to the manager and she politely told us, "sorry that is the way that it is and it is not our fault" I told her that there must have been an error in preparing this chicken to which she relied, ": that is impossible"Folks I will never spend another nickel eating at KFC as the old saying goes, ' The are at least a dozen other fast food chicken restaurants to choose from, so why spend your hard earned money at a place that no longer cares if they make good chicken or not"Rest in Piece KFC
