I ordered from skip and my food came with over half the order missing, i called them twice and they didn’t answer. They called me back while I was already on my way driving to their location. I told them about my situation and they tried to tell me the skip delivery driver stole it because they gave him the order. I said he was a really nice man and I don’t think he would’ve stolen it, so they straight up lied to make themselves look good. They gave me the rest of my order and the employee told me he didn’t scroll down on the order, he was really apologetic about the situation and was nice but KFC team maybe figure out why I don’t have some of my order before lying and trying to blame the driver. Also food was gross and cold. They only get one star because the guy who messed up was really nice, he deserves a raise.

Just like any other KFC, their food is made with their standards of same food at different locations. The one draw back was the cashier, he stood there while waiting for us to decide our order. No smile, no greeting, just stood there as if he was bored and couldn't be bothered with customers.

This KFC is very close to us and we frequently order from here. Got a bucket of regular chicken tonight and it was DISGUSTING! The skin was so saturated with fat, it just fell apart and off the meat. Never mind extra-crispy, it was slop! I am not sure what is happening but this location has been getting worse and worse. I am going to try Popeyes next time. For how over-priced the chicken is, I would have expected better quality!Prior review: Excellent food!!

So i ordered by phoning the store. Was greeted with " kfc" then spoken to in a condescending and aggressive manner. After politely requesting my order, was stoically dismissed by being hung up on. No have a nice day or thank you. This is a picture of the cold food i received. Wouldn't recommend. Will be making a complaint further up the corporate ladder. Was the manager who decided that speaking to a customer was worthy of this treatment.
Poor service ever received on my life they don't do orders over the PHN they over charge even with coupons ripped us off our drinks didn't even pack it probably, poor hygiene paid 50 bucks just for kid size meals, very arguementive and no gloves while cooking omg will never go there again

The chicken is greasy and looks like the oil that they used to deep fry the chicken is old oil…yuck.. coleslaw is terrible they do not know how to make coleslaw. The container that they to deliver the food is so filthy..I hope food safety check on this store. I would nevwr recommend this store.

Discolored tenders due to old grease and the Native guy at the counter even admitted it to me lol. Couldn't even eat it. So gross, never going there again!

Walked in at 7 pm, I'm the only customer, it's deathly quiet. I order a famous chicken sandwich. The clerk charges me $10, I explained its currently on sale for $4.39.She then says, ok - your total in $4.39.I go sit down. A few minutes later she says I will need to wait 15 minutes because all the chicken is frozen.Are you kidding!?!??I've never heard anything so ridiculous at a restaurant.Absolutely the worst place.
