I had a wonderful experience at Knotted Thistle Bar & Grill. The food was absolutely delicious, and I really appreciated the good vegetarian options on the menu. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. Service was attentive and friendly, which added to the overall positive experience. Definitely a spot worth visiting in Regina!
Honestly everything was fantastic! The food was delicious, the service was outstanding and the vibes were great. It was quieter as it was quite late, but the music was upbeat.

4.5 overall. Wished I could've tried more food here but for the few items I did eat, it was better than expected. Good food menu choices (simple yet something for everyone) and reasonable pricing. Would highly recommend the crispy tempura cauliflower as an app. Still think it's the best one out of many places I've been to - well battered, not burnt, good flavour and the sauce drizzled wasn't soaking it. Poutine was ok - could use more cheese curds and gravy ratio to fries. The beef barley soup was a go to for most people.
