“I recently visited Bomb, a Korean street food-style restaurant. Here are my thoughts on the dishes I tried:
1. Tok-bok-ki: This dish wasn’t as good as before. The rice cake soup lacked distinctive flavors, missing the characteristic sweet and spicy combination. It mainly tasted like spicy sauce, which was disappointing.
2. Gochujang Chicken: The chicken wings were well-marinated and flavorful with a sweet and spicy taste, they weren’t as crispy as expected but still juicy.
3. Mandu Soup: This soup, similar to Vietnamese egg soup, didn’t measure up in taste. The mushrooms seemed to be added last and didn’t appear to be cooked together with the soup.
4. Kim-mari: The portion was impressive with two large pieces the size of my hand. While it was decent, it lacked strong flavors.
The staff was friendly, but the overall vibe of the restaurant wasn’t appealing. The color scheme and the state of the restroom made it seem like the owner didn’t pay much attention to the restaurant’s ambiance.
In conclusion, if you’re not too particular about the atmosphere and want to try Korean street food, this place could be an option.“

“Orange is easy to overlook as it's tucked away on a cathedral side street; but every time I go, I am reminded of why I should remember to go again. The food is always very fresh and tasty; both vegans and non-vegans have several menu options and enjoy the food; the staff is always extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating; and the atmosphere is very unhurried and welcoming. Orange is not a place you can get take-out in 15 mins, but if you are not pressed for time, the food is well worth the wait. Updated from previous review on 2025-04-18“

“The food here was incredibly delicious. We ordered the 3 piece Spicy Chicken, pork belly baos, shoyu ramen and spicy ramen. Everything was delicious, perfectly timed for serving and a flavour explosion in the mouth. Pork Belly was crisp and tasty - the baos were steamed to perfection. The Spicy Chicken was incredible. GoChuChang on steroids. I’m from Vancouver and have complained about the lack of diversity in good food choices in Regina. But. This. Is. Top. Notch. I would compare it to the best Ramen houses in Vancouver. And by compare, I mean to say it was better than. If you haven’t stopped in - take this as your sign and reservations are MANDATORY. For good reason! Bravo to the Chef!“
