Two weeks ago we had the worst meal we’ve ever had from Leo’s. Tried 5 times to order online and it wouldn’t work, then tried to phone an order in but of course now they don’t have phones, so drive to Leo’s (committed customers) to place the order in person, wait for half an hour only to take food home and the fries that came with the burgers were old, and my poutine of the week- they forgot the gravy. (Poutine with no gravy? I wouldn’t recommend it.) So dry old fries in a bowl with unmelted cheese. We messaged them, they said they’d get back to us in 1 or 2 days. Messaged again over a week later and once again they assured me someone would get back to me. I’ll just wait here…

Service was slow. Food was cold! Waiting 30 minutes for my food that sat in the kitchen for 15 or 20 minutes. Server gave me water and never returned until she brought cold food order with no cutlery and walked away without even asking if I needed anything else so I had to call her back to place drink order. Not the experience I am use to here.

Stopped in because the burger of the month according to instagram is the dill pickle chicken burger and Oh. My. God. Go, go now and get this burger it was absolutely amazing. All the dill, with lots of pickles and dill fries!

Service is always blah at this location. I had my very first legal drink here back in 2020 and the server at the time was clearly annoyed, making it an uncomfortable experience. Every other time I’ve visited this location, it hasn’t been much better. Server this time around took our food before we were done and charged us full price. Yes we could’ve said something, but they had already put a napkin on top of it. Food quality and taste is much better at the OG.
