One of my favourite places to sit down and eat at in Regina! If you’re looking for the best Korean restaurant in the city, look no further because LIG is the place! You will feel taken care of with the kind and attentive staff! Favourite dish is by far the Hot Stone Bibimbap!

Is the food good? Yes. Is the service prompt and friendly? Yes. But, is the price justified? HELL NO.It is the most expensive Korean restaurant I've been to anywhere in the world. It is not even fine dining or even an upscale type of restaurant for god's sake. I can't wrap my head around how the dishes are priced. They are at least 30% more than what their actual intrinsic values are.We paid $50 a for stirred fried ramen (the instant packaged type) dish with cabbage, beef, and squid. $27 for a stoned bowl of soup with a handful of seafood pieces. They are fine-dining prices! The food is good but NOT THAT GOOD. There aren't even complimentary banchan dishes normally served at Korean restaurants. Our mistake was that we didn't look up the prices online first before committing to dine here. We understand inflation is making life difficult for everyone, but it is 2024, not 2054. Inflation hasn't caught up to that rate yet. It is unreasonable and nonsensical to price the dishes at such an unbelievable margin.All in all, we paid close to $100 with taxes and tips for two simple dishes. With that price, we could have gone to Earls for a much nicer ambiance, an appetizer, two main dishes, and perhaps even drinks (during happy hours).

Amazing place to dine in at! My husband and I wanted to try some place new so we settled on LIG Korean Restaurant. The staff were very friendly and even brought us some traditional Korean side dishes to try free of charge! Fast service, delicious food and kind employees! Will definitely be coming back!

Tonight was the first time we went here and all the food looked amazing on the menu i had no idea what to pick. The staff were so helpful and accommodating she made you feel like she was cooking for you. She was also eager for us to try new things aswell.The food we got was amazing. 10/10 and everyone at the table thought so aswel.Want to thank the staff for the experience and making us feel welcomed.

The most authentic korean food in canada i have eaten so far. The owner and staff so nice, i ordered tteokboki and they cook it in the table for me, even cut and put food in my bowl. Will comeback next time to try their popular bbq short

We had dinner here for the first time and everything was amazing. Food was very good. We had the Korean fried chicken which was just spicy enough, had a super crispy outside and was perfectly cooked inside. We had the Tteokbokki, it was perfectly cooked, sweet and spicy and the beef ramen which was also really great. Service was awesome as well. The waiter walked us through the entire menu and made great suggestions. Love this spot. Definitely worth checking out.

Overall, food was amazingly delicious! I went there on Friday! I had the hot pot beef bulgogi with rice and spicy sweet fried chicken and also some dumplings! Servings size are good prices are moderate and location is nice. Kimchi side dish is so tasty!Service was great! The waiter there was friendly, and worked very hard. I got there at 5:30pm, 2nd customer of the night and he by himself was able to pull 10 tables by himself and still smile and keep that good customer service attitude. The owner is really helpful about how to cook our dishes. I LOVED IT.
